                                     TODAY AT GRACE

THIS MORNING we welcome Glen Walstra, Ministry Director of the
Family Network of Wyoming, to our service. He will share with us
during our Moments for Mission.

CHILDREN & WORSHIP
Children ages 3 & 4 meet in Fellowship Hall with Worship
Leaders Darrell Delaney & Pat TerBeek. Children K – 2nd
Grade meet in the Choir Room with Worship Leaders
Heather Dood and Rick Veldheer.

A CONGREGATIONAL MEETING will be held following the morning service.
Election of Elders & Deacons will be held, the proposed budget will
be presented and other church business will be discussed.

CHILDREN of all ages meet in the Fellowship Hall with Darrell for special
activities during the Congregational Meeting. Older Youth…we need
your help with the younger children. NO SUNDAY SCHOOL
CLASSES will be held. Teachers may attend the meeting.

                               PRAYERS & PRAISE

HEALTH CONCERNS – Bob Ver Merris is at the Spectrum Continuing
Care Center, 4118 Kalamazoo, Grand Rapids. See the Prayers &
Praise Line for all prayer concerns & praise reports.

NEXT SUNDAY – Pastor Rick will begin a new series of Advent messages.
See the insert in your bulletin for all the details.

THE SPECIAL OFFERING for the month of November and for
Thanksgiving Day is designated for the FAMILY NETWORK OF
WYOMING FOOD PANTRY. In addition to the food pantry, Family
Network offers many other services to the Wyoming community.

6:00 PM – COMMUNITY ADVENT PRAISE SERVICE to be held here at
Grace! A number of area churches will be participating. Plan on
joining us for this special musical start to the Advent season.

                   MISCELLANEOUS ANNOUNCEMENTS

THE HOLIDAYS ARE FAST APPROACHING! Once again we are providing
opportunities for you to help those in need!
 Participate by buying gifts for the 4th Annual Wyoming Christmas Store.
A few tags have been added to cover a few children who were just added
to the store. This store is set up for low income families of the neighborhood.
Parents are able to purchase gifts for their children at ¼ the cost.
 Sign up to volunteer at the Christmas Store the day of the event,
Saturday, December 6! There is a sign up sheet in the narthex.
Still needed are volunteers in the nursery and to bake cookies.
 Sign up to volunteer on Thursday, December 4 from 3 PM - ?
to unload cars as the gifts for the Christmas store come in from
other churches and help sort into price categories. Choose your
own hours! (Note the change in date!)
 Help by purchasing gifts for the “Being the Hands” program that
we are once again setting up at DeVos Children’s Hospital.
We are in need of gifts for older youth and adults. Gifts of any amount
are appreciated. Bring these gifts to Shari’s office.

NEW NURSERY SCHEDULES will be put together soon! Many volunteers
are needed. Even if you can only help a couple times a year, please
sign up on the narthex table. If you have helped in the past, there is
not need to sign up again…we will automatically schedule you.

POINSETTIAS FOR SALE! Now is the time to order a Christmas
Poinsettias for a friend or loved one (or yourself)! Our GEMS are
selling 5-6 bloom flowers in your choice of Red, White, or Pink. The
deadline to order is next Sunday, November 30. A sales sheet is
available on the narthex table. Cost $10.00 each. Orders will be
available for pick up on Sunday, December 7.
