ELDERS INVITATION – If you have questions, concerns, joys, or
prayer needs that you would like to share, please see the Pastor or

sanctuary this morning and they are also listed on the back of your

We are so glad to have you worship with us during this season of Lent. During
this season we are all together in need of divine forgiveness, in need of power to lead
a more faithful Christian life. Whatever led you to our church today, we believe God rejoices in having you in this place. Please take a moment and sign your name

9:50 – 11:15 AM DISCOVERY KIDZ MEET. All children ages 3
years – 5th Grade meet downstairs by the youth desk.
THANK YOU to our Senior Choir and everyone who helped make the
Easter Cantata a special part of our Easter Celebrations. A special
thank you to our Choir Director, Paul Kerkstra.
A PRAYER GROUP will meet following the service in the sanctuary
to pray for Pastor George & Connections, and the needs and vision at
Grace Reformed Church.
THE ADULT SUNDAY SCHOOL GUIDE CLASS will meet in
the Consistory Room following the morning service today.
5:00 PM A JOINT PALM SUNDAY SERVICE will be held with
our sister churches at Beverly Reformed Church (2141 Porter,
Wyoming). Please note the early start time!
6:45 – 8:00 PM Y-LIFE will meet. We will be finalizing retreat plans,
so you won’t want to miss this meeting!
PRAYERS & PRAISE
HEALTH CONCERNS – Please be in prayer for Sandy Gort who will
undergo outpatient surgery to have her gallbladder removed on
Tuesday . Anna Borkowski is home recovering from outpatient surgery and waiting test results. For all other prayer requests and praise reports, see the Prayers & Praise Line.
In Appreciation- Thank you for the out pouring of prayers and cards in the recent passing of my brother John. It is all very much appreciated.

LENTEN BREAKFAST – Beverly Reformed Church invites all women to
their Lenten Breakfast on Wednesday, April 16 at 9:30 am. The program
will feature Rick & Barb Gossett presenting “A Lenten Love Song”. A flyer
with more details is available on the narthex table. TODAY is the deadline

Congregational Prayers and Praise
We thank God today for the gift of music.We are thankful for our Senior Choir and director, Paul Kerkstra.
We thank God for times of vacation, times to rest and relax and enjoy the beauty of creation.
We are thankful for our children today.We pray for God’s blessing on them as they worship in Discovery Kidz.We pray for Heather as she leads them.We thank the many volunteers that devote themselves to our kids.
Please be in prayer for Sandy Gort as she submits to surgery this week.
Please be in prayer for Caitlin, friend of Abbey Licari, who was just diagnosed with Leukemia after just beating cancer last year.
There are many friends and family of our church members that need your prayers this week.Please continue to pray for Lola
De Young and her parents Matt & Lindsey. Also, Barb, friend of Della Sawyer, undergoing chemotherapy, Rose Borkowski, mother of Anna, who has discovered a tumor in her throat and Julie, friend of Anna, whose husband has brain cancer; Marie Mc Donald, friend of Esther Hoag, who has cancer.
We pray for all those who are serving in the military.Continue to keep Amie Pierce in your prayers as she is stationed at Fort Riley in Kansas.
