THANK YOU to everyone who helped make the Easter Cantata a special part of
our Easter Celebration. A special thank you to our Choir and Director, Paul
Kerkstra and those who participated in the drama: Luke Nordlund, Chelsea
Boeve, Keri Desmarais, Les VanWyk, Derk Hendges, Jenny Hendges. Thank you
to Lynda Ver Merris for her work with the Drama and costumes.

THE SUNDAY SCHOOL GUIDE CLASS will meet in the Consistory
room following the morning service.

6:00 PM – A Combined Service with our sister churches will be held at Beverly
Reformed Church. This will wrap up our Lenten Pulpit Exchange with all pastors
participating in this special Lenten service.

 PRAYERS & PRAISE

CONGRATULATIONS are extended to Andrea Maitner and Tim Adkins who
were united in marriage in our sanctuary yesterday with Pastor Rick officiating.
May God bless you with many years of happiness together!

IN APPRECIATION – Thank you to my Grace family for the cards well
wishes, and prayers. Thank you to Pastor Rick for coming to the hospital prior

be drama, prizes, and lots of fun! Bring your kids,
grandkids, neighborhood kids!

SUNDAY, APRIL 24 – EASTER CELEBRATION!

9:00 AM Breakfast And Fellowship
A Continental Breakfast is planned. Join us for
fellowship that prepares our hearts for worship.


10:00 AM Easter Celebration - Come join in singing
praises to our Risen Lord! Pastor Rick will share the
message “GO ON AHEAD” from Matthew 28:1-10. Our
Easter Offering as well as our April Special Offering is
designated for Club 3:16 and for the Crossing Community.
Please pray for our efforts as we reach out, expand, and
provide opportunities for the youth and their families
through the remainder of the school year and into the
summer months.

after the morning service.

Sunday, May 15 – ALL CHURCH DINNER following the morning
worship service for everyone. This is a benefit for the 2012 Mission
Trip!

 MISCELLANEOUS ANNOUNCEMENTS

FLOWER SALE – Today is the deadline to order your Easter flowers
from the Discovery Kidz. Order sheets are on the narthex table.
Pick up will be next Sunday morning. Thank you!

DISCOVERY KIDZ SUMMER ROTATION SIGN UPS – We are
still in need of someone for games/gardening to complete the first
summer rotation and a couple more for the 2nd one. Would love to
have these filled by May 1st so PLEASE sign-up today if you can help
out. Teaching is a two week commitment and shepherds are a 3 week
commitment. There will be no Discovery Kidz on the holiday
weekends this summer.

THE REDISCOVERING VALUES CLASS that has been meeting
on Wednesday evenings has concluded one week early! Thank you to
all those who participated!

FAMILY NETWORK OF WYOMING CELEBRATION & FUND
RAISING DINNER! -- Thursday, May 5, 2011 – Punch at 6 PM &
dinner at 6:30 PM. Please contact Shari if you would like to attend.

CLOTHING DRIVE – It’s spring and many of us will be going through
our clothes and giving away the extras. “Second Chance Clothing”
(on Leonard NW), a used clothing store of Trinity Reformed Church,
is looking for good used clothing of any size and season! Summer
clothes would especially be appreciated (presently they are short on
girl’s clothing), but anything would be great! We will have boxes by
the upper and lower doors through May 1 for this clothing drive.
 

BIBLE ALIVE SEMINAR at Christ Memorial Reformed Church of
Holland on Friday evening, May 6 and Saturday morning, May 7.
Want to get more out of reading your Bible? You need to know what
it was saying to those who first heard it. Bible Alive will give you the
tools and education to do just that. See the poster on the bulletin
boards here at church for more information. See Karen Roberts if
you have any questions.

 Please remember Riley Dood in your prayers. She was hospitalized earlier this week after being very sick with the flu.

 We remember in prayer the following family or friends of our members that are ill or receiving treatments: Tyler Huisman, nephew of Wes & Linda Lowing who is scheduled to have surgery on Thursday, April 21st on a mass on his windpipe; Marvin Witvliet, brother of Arlene Dekker, who is beginning chemo for esophageal cancer; Amee Bekkering, daughter of Dick and Ruth Locke, who will be undergoing surgery on April 21st; Larry VerMerris, son of Ruth Vermerris diagnosed with pancreatic cancer; Linda Hoezee, daughter-in-law of Ann Hoezee who is undergoing chemotherapy.
 Keep these friends and family serving in the military in your prayers: Amie Pierce, Doug Desmarais, Frank Senko, Dave
