 TODAY AT GRACE

TODAY we thank our GEMS (Girls Everywhere Meeting the Savior) and
their leaders for their special part in our morning service! The
SPECIAL OFFERING for the month of April is designated for the
GEMS ORGANIZATION. This offering will be received this morning.

CHILDREN & WORSHIP
Children ages 3 & 4 meet in Fellowship Hall with Worship
Leader Heather Dood. Children K–2nd Grade meet in the
Choir Room with Worship Leaders Lynda Ver Merris and
Amy Grimm.

11:20 – 12:20 PM SUNDAY SCHOOL – There are classes available for all
ages three years old and upward. A nursery is available for those
children under the age of three.

ADULT SUNDAY SCHOOL CLASSES
High School and Post High Youth meet at the Crossing.
Sunday School Guide Class will meet in the Consistory Room. Join
them for lively discussions relating to our Christian walk.
Laugh Your Way To A Better Marriage – Class meets in the Chapel.

4:30 PM PRAYER GROUP meets in Pastor Rick’s office. We invite
YOU to join us. You do not have to pray out loud. Just come!

 NEXT WEEK – MAY 3, 2009 
 COMMUNION SUNDAY

NEXT SUNDAY we will celebrate the sacrament of the LORD’S SUPPER.

6:00 PM – Join us for the MUSIC APPRECIATION SERVICE. This is an
annual event at Grace! All our music groups will participate. The
men and women from the Veterans Home will be our special guests.

HIGH SCHOOL SENIORS – Grace Scholarship applications are due
next Sunday. You can place your completed application in an
envelope on the desk in the main office. 

 MISCELLANEOUS ANNOUNCEMENTS

“CROCODILE DOCK” VACATION BIBLE SCHOOL is coming June 8 – 12
from 6:30 – 9:00 pm! We need SETUP AND TAKEDOWN CREWS,
STATION LEADERS AND HELPERS, HALL MONITORS, REGISTRATION
HELPERS, AND MORE! For more info, see Darrell. CREW LEADERS are
needed to lead the children around to the various stations like Bible
drama, crafts, games, and Chadder’s Adventure. YOU will be the key
person who interacts directly with the children each day! The great
part is that everything is provided for you and you do not need to do
extra study each night. Sign up sheet in the narthex, or talk to Shari!
