9:50 am – 11:15 am DISCOVERY KIDZ MEET. All children ages 3 years – 
5th Grade meet downstairs for your very own service. 

TODAY we rejoice as Kaleb Crawford (673 Barry SW, Grandville, MI) 
makes his Profession of Faith in Jesus Christ as his personal Savior. 
Congratulations, Kaleb!

OUR EASTER OFFERING is designated for Reformed Church World 
Service, our Reformed Church leg which gives money to 
disasters around the world. This offering will be received this 
morning.

ELDERS INVITATION – If you have questions, concerns, joys, or 
prayer needs that you would like to share, an Elder will be available 
in the front of the sanctuary following the service this morning.

11:30 am – 12:10 pm THE SUNDAY SCHOOL GUIDE CLASS will meet in 
the Consistory Room. You are welcome to join them!

NO EVENING SERVICE WILL BE HELD TONIGHT. 

 PRAYERS & PRAISE

HEALTH CONCERNS – Many persons in our Grace family are recovering 
from surgeries or hospitalizations, or are undergoing tests and 
treatments. We pray for God’s healing touch on their lives. 


IN APPRECIATION – Grateful thanks to our Lord for healing and my 
church family for concern, prayers, and many cards!

given on behalf of our Mother/Grandmother, Shirley Kleymeer, 
during her recent recovery from hip surgery. Your prayers were

NEXT SUNDAY morning we will celebrate the sacrament of the LORD’S 
SUPPER. Pastor Rick will begin a new series of messages on the 
Heidelberg Catechism. 

 MISCELLANEOUS ANNOUNCEMENTS

CADETS – There will be a meeting on April 14th at 6:30 for all Cadets and 
Leaders to review for the Camporee, which is April 30 – May 1. We 
are asking for a dad, grandparent, or uncle to attend with the boys if 
possible. We would like as many boys as possible to have a male 
accompany them on this trip!

DISCOVERY KIDZ VOLUNTEERS – The next rotation is “Jesus Baptized” 
which runs from April 18 – May 16. Still needed are persons for 
games, cooking, and drama. These positions only require a 3 week 
commitment! Please see Heather, or sign up in the narthex, if you 
can help!

PRAISE TEAM – Next practice is Monday, April 12 at 7:00 pm.

THANK YOU TO EVERYONE who donated egg cartons to the Discovery 
Kidz. We have enough now!

VACATION BIBLE SCHOOL – June 15 – 18 6:00 – 7:45 pm.
This year VBS is going to be a step back to Marketplace 29 AD. Visit 
the shops in the marketplace, dance and sing, see live animals and 
much more! SIGN UP SHEETS ARE ON THE NARTHEX TABLE!

DISCOVERY KIDZ…SAVE THE DATE - APRIL 25. After the morning 
service we will thank our Wednesday night volunteers with cake and 
punch. Then we will head out to Frederik Meijer Gardens for a fun 
afternoon!

GARDEN DIRT! The Cadets have been building a big box 4’ x 8’ x 8” deep 
for a Discovery Kidz garden. If you have a handy pile of dirt to fill 
this box, please contact Ray Zondervan at 401-7910.

MISSION WORK TRIP TO CEDAR RAPIDS, IOWA – MAY 2-8
Eleven people from Grace have already signed up to take part in this 
ecumenical build with Church World Service and 9 other churches! 
This week we have learned that Coopersville Reformed will be joining 
forces with us during our week…this is the church where Pastor John 
DeKam (who went with us to New Orleans last year) is presently. 
YOU could still sign up in the narthex! For those who have 
committed to the trip…please check your mailbox for a packet of 
information!!

HEALTH AND BABY KITS! Thank you to all who have been bringing in 
kits for RCWS to use during disasters! All the Kits are due by April 
11. A box is in the narthex.

FAMILY NETWORK OF WYOMING Annual Fundraising Dinner celebrating 
six years of God’s blessings to the Family Network will be held at 
Faith CRC on Byron Center, April 27, 6:00 pm. Shari is looking for 
persons from Grace who would like to attend this dinner. Call Shari 
if interested. The dinner will be followed by a program and special 
music. Prizes, such as overnight lodging at the Amway Grand Plaza 
and an overnight stay at The Shack, will be given away.

 We praise and thank God for the Profession of Faith of Kaleb Crawford. We pray for God’s hand to be on his life and that of his family.
 We thank Jesus for dying on the cross for us that we may live with Him forever!
 We thank God for the opportunity and privilege of worship today.
 We continue to pray for all those recovering from illnesses, surgeries or hospitalization, or who are undergoing tests or treatments. In particular we pray for these Grace church members: Lisa Braendle, Deb Pierce, John De Jong, Lucille Sytsema, Tymie Boeve and Ade Peterson.
 We remember Barb Funckes in our prayers as she is hospitalized in serious condition.
 We thank you God for your healing powers and love for us.
 Please pray for Sandy Farris’ father, Glenn Moore.
 Please pray also for Connie Maile, sister of Jim Emelander, who is battling cancer.
