NEXT SUNDAY Pastor Rick will share the message “SEA STORIES: THE
RIVER OF LIFE” from Revelation 22:1-9.

OUR SPECIAL OFFERING for the month of August is designated for
WORDS OF HOPE. “In keeping with Christ’s statement of purpose, at
Words of Hope our mission is to build the church worldwide. We do
that primarily through broadcasting. We were founded in 1945 by
congregations of the RCA seeking to expand their witness over the
radio. Today, through a network of partnerships with churches and
organizations around the world, we produce and air over 100
programs in 30 different languages each week.” Christian
broadcasting is especially important in places where religion, politics,
geography or economics restrict Christian witness. Radio can reach
across these barriers, forming bonds that could not exist otherwise.
Be sure to look over the Words of Hope insert in your bulletin today.
This special offering will be received next week.

 MISCELLANEOUS ANNOUNCEMENTS

CLUB 3:16 is slated to begin again September 22nd. In today’s bulletin
you can find the job description for a “Club 3:16 Coordinator”. If you
know of any potential candidates for this position, please pass on the
job description to him/her and have him/her contact the church

SIMPLY GIVE – The Meijer Store near Rivertown Mall has named the
Family Network of Wyoming as the recipient of their Simply Give
Program. In the area just prior to entering the checkout lanes, you

and a Simply Give $10.00 card which you can use when you check
out. Your $10.00 donation will be converted into a Meijer gift card

special sale items and stretch your gift as far as possible to help needy
families. In addition, Meijer will donate up to a total of $100,000.00
to help participating food pantries as they restock their shelves. If
you are a Grandville Meijer Store shopper and are willing to help in
this matter they would be very grateful.
