OUR GUEST PASTOR today is Rev. David Van Opstall.  David graduated
 from Western Theological Seminary this past May.  He has been called
 as the Senior Pastor of Rose Park Reformed Church in Holland, MI,
 where he will be ordained and installed later this month.  He and his
 wife Tracy live in Holland.  Welcome David and Tracy to Grace!
OUR MINISTRY OF MUSIC this morning is Alex Hornecker fromFaith
 Reformed Church.  Alex will bring us a message in song on his
 saxophone. We welcome you Alex, and thank you for coming and
 sharing your musical talents with us today.
THE SUNDAY SCHOOL GUIDE CLASS will meet in the Consistory Room.
THE DOOD/ZONDERVAN Bible Study Group will not meet today.  We will
 resume in the fall.
 7:00 PM  The Mission & Outreach Team will meet in the consistory
 Room.  Please make every effort to be there.
 7:00 PM  A special meeting for ANYONE interested in leading a small
 group and those who are currently leading a small group.
 4:30 PM PRAYER GROUP will meet in Pastor Rick’s Office.
NEXT SUNDAY Pastor Rick will lead us in worship.  Pastor Rick will be
 back on Wednesday, but if any emergency  arises before that, please
 contact your Caring Shepherd, Elder, or Pastor Roger; or, call the
 office and we will contact them for you.
HEALTH CONCERNS –  See the Prayers & Praise Line inserted in your
 bulletin today for all the Prayer Requests and Praise Reports.

MEN!  There is still time to reserve your spot for the PROMISE KEEPERS
 CONVENTION September 15 & 16 at the Van Andel Arena.  All men,
 ages 15 and up are encouraged to attend!  This event will “pump you
 up” and help you focus on the things in life that are worth your time
 to focus on!  Cost $69.00 for the first 11 signed up, $89.00
 thereafter!  See Ray Zondervan if you have any questions.
FIESTA REUNION –The next Fiesta Reunion is scheduled for Wed., August
 16th, 6:30 – 8:30 pm. Our last Fiesta Reunion was lots of fun so you
 will want to come again!...and take your friends!!!  Spike will be back
 with a new Bible story & there will be new games and crafts!! More
 volunteers are needed so please sign up on the sheet in the narthex!
CONSISTORY MEMBERS – Next meeting is scheduled for August 14th
 Elders will meet at 6:30 pm – Consistory at 7:30 pm. 
NEEDED THIS FALL…Teachers & Leaders for fall Youth Programs. 
 Sunday School, Wednesday Nights, Middle School Youth Group,
 Children & Worship, Cadets…lots for you to choose from!  Sign up on
 the sheet in the narthex and indicate what group you would be
 interested in helping with!
THE SPECIAL OFFERING for the month of August is designated for Local
 Outreach at Grace.  Funds are needed to offset Vacation Bible
 School and Fiesta Reunion costs.  We were able to reach 184 children
 with the Gospel this year and we had many parents here for the
 dinner on Friday, but with increased numbers,  meals, and events
 comes increased cost, so we are presenting this need to you!
THE NEXT GALAXY will soon be published.  Articles are due August 22nd
 Survey for the Galaxy…what is your all time favorite sandwich!  Drop
 off your articles and favorite all-time sandwich info in the bin
 attached to the file cabinet in the main office.

Thanks for posting the bulletins each week. It helps us to stay in touch with Grace even while we worship elsewhere during the summer. See ypu in the fall--Carol Roelofs
