THANK YOU – The note below is in response to our “INN CROWD”
campaign from last week when each person in the congregation
received $10 and was asked to do good with it.
“I would like to thank the nice couple who came up to me and handed
me some money for Christmas. It really melted my heart and made
my day. I am a single mother of 2 kids, a 4 year old boy and a 4
month old baby girl. I work as much as I can to support them. My
son’s dad just got back into his life after 3 years and my daughter’s
dad is in jail at the moment for domestic violence between me and
him. The money they gave really did help and I really appreciate it.
The couple told me that the church asked them to do this so I would
also like to thank the whole church! Again thank you so much, this
kindness will not be forgotten.”
Do you have a story to share? Send it to the office or email
Sue (email@example.com) or Pastor Rick
(firstname.lastname@example.org). We will put them together after
the first of the year and share them with the congregation.
