 Prayers & Praise Line

 December 6, 2009

We Pray and Trust God

This week praise God for the precious gift of His Son
and through Him life eternal.

Church Plant Prayer Focus

The congregation has confirmed the plan to start a new
CHURCH PLANT by a vote of 74 – 17, which is 81%.
The next step is prayer in consideration of a prospective church planter.

Congregational Prayers and Praise

Please call the office if you would like to
share a Prayer Request or a Praise Report.

 We pray for those who will serve as Elders and Deacons of our Church.
 We think today of those in need. We pray for all those who are involved in the Christmas store. We
thank and praise God for the many gifts that those in our congregation and other area churches have
donated.
 We pray for Mary Haagsman who will undergo hip replacement surgery on Wednesday.
 We pray today for Peter Cook after he was hospitalized last week.
 We thank God for the children in our church and those in our community. We pray for opportunities this
Christmas season to touch a life.
 We pray for those who are looking for work during this tough job market. We praise God for those who
have found a job after searching for a long time. In particular we thank God for the new job offered to
Sandy Gort this past week.
 We pray for all those men & women who are serving in the military today. We pray also for their
families, especially during this holiday season when they may especially feel their absence.
 We pray for the health of our congregation. May they be protected from the many sicknesses going
around.
 Keep these friends and family serving in the military in your prayers:
Doug Desmarais, Frank Senko, Matthew Halverson (Lucille Sytsema’s
grandson), Dave Vander Berg, Nick Borkowski.
 Pray for our Shut-in’s: Mrs Tena DeVink, Mr & Mrs Ade Peterson, Mrs Miriam Schrotenboer,
Mrs June Snyder, and Mrs Anne Hoezee.
