OUR MINISTRY OF MUSIC this morning is presented by Praises 4 Him.
The members of this group are: Ben Van Kammen, Kurt Vander
Loon, Rob Vander Leest and Rob Schrock. We thank you for coming
and sharing with us today.

CHILDREN & WORSHIP
Children ages 3 & 4 years meet in Fellowship Hall with
Worship Leaders Danielle Vining & Jennifer Moody.
Children K – 2nd Grade meet in the choir room with
Worship Leader Sandy Farris.


11:20 AM–12:20 PM SUNDAY SCHOOL - There are classes available for
all ages three years old and upward. A nursery is available for those
children under the age of three.


ADULT SUNDAY SCHOOL CLASSES
Sunday School Guide Class will meet in the Consistory Room. Join
them for lively discussions relating to our Christian walk.
Songs and Psalms – Brad Class will lead this group in the Chapel.
This week we will look at Deborah’s Song in Judges 5.

 YOUTH SUNDAY

NEXT SUNDAY our Youth will lead our Service. Our director of Children
& Youth, Darrell Delaney, will share the message “WHERE ARE
YOU PLANTED?” based on Psalm 1:1-3 and Jeremiah 17:5, 7, 8.

A NEW MEMBERS CLASS WILL BEGIN during the Sunday School hour.

 PRAYERS & PRAISE

HEALTH CONCERNS – Deb Pierce underwent surgery to amputate a toe
on Friday. Jan VanWyk will continue to be hospitalized in
Ann Arbor for the time being. She welcomes your phone calls. You
can reach her at 734-936-5445. Caleb Zondervan continues to
improve at home. Gert Kerkstra is now at Haven Park Nursing
Home, 285 N. State Street, Zeeland. See the Prayers & Praise Line
for more Praise Reports and Prayer Concerns.

IN APPRECIATION – I would like to say “Thank You So Much” to my
Grace family for all the prayers, cards, calls, and concern shown to
me during my recent back surgery and stay at Mary Free Bed and
second stay in St. Mary’s. Thank you Pastor Rick for the calls and
visits, the Sunshine Committee for the wonderful meals, several
different people for the rides to and from the hospital, doctors’
offices, etc. and visits and other acts of kindness shown to me.
Above all, I thank God for all of you and for His healing care shown
to me. ~Lucille Sytsema

I would like to thank Pastor Rick, Christy Oppenhuizen, Bill Tacoma
and Louise Grimm for their visits during my recent hospital stay
and recovery. I would like to thank all of you for your prayers,
thoughts, and cards as they were greatly appreciated. It is very
comforting to know we have such a caring church family.

CONSISTORY VISION RETREAT – Reserve Saturday, March 3rd for this
retreat!

PLEASE SAVE YOUR NEWSPAPERS – The Cadets will have a paper drive in
March. The trailer will be in the parking lot beginning March 5. If
you need any papers picked up contact Rick Veldheer at 453-8384.

THE FLOCKING CONTINUES! FUNdraiser to benefit the Alaska
Mission/Leadership Trip! See Darrell for more information or if you
have someone special you would like flocked!

HOUSE IN A BOX – If anyone would like to help with the build on Feb. 17
or if you would like to help prepare lunch for the workers, sign up
TODAY! We will contact you with the information.

THE SPECIAL OFFERING for the month of February is designated for the
GIDEONS. This special offering will be received on February 25th.

SOFTBALL ANYONE?? I know that with all the cold and snow it’s hard to
imagine that spring is just around the corner, but with spring comes
softball season. Judging from the trophies in the hall, it appears we
used to have quite a team! Anyone interested in carrying on that
tradition this year with a co-ed team, please see Nikki or sign up in
the narthex.

INNER CITY CHRISTIAN FEDERATION (ICCF) invites you to attend a
Benefit Concert featuring Jubilee, The Metropolitan Choir of
Praise, and The King’s Choraliers as they join their voices in an
evening of praise entitled “Love for Today and Always”. The concert
will be held on Thursday, February 15 at 7:30 pm at the St. Cecelia
Royce Auditorium, 24 Ransom Ave, Grand Rapids. No admission
charge. Free will offering.
