TODAY AT GRACE
TODAY we are thankful to have Spc. Sean Van Essen with us!  Sean is in
 his second week of a two week leave.  He will return to Iraq
 where he will serve until June. Sean has received a purple heart
 following gunshot wounds to his chest in the first months he was in
 Iraq.  Please continue to keep Sean in your prayers.
 
OUR MINISTRY OF MUSIC this morning is presented by Kaylin
 Heydenburg and Ryan Mills.  Ryan is a senior at Grand Haven High
 School and the nephew of Bill & Karen Ver Hulst.  Kaylin is a student
 at Grand Valley State University.  We welcome you and thank you for
 sharing with us in such a special way today. 
 
 CHILDREN IN WORSHIP
 Children ages 4 – 2nd grade meet in the Fellowship
 Hall today for Children In Worship.  Children are
 dismissed during the hymn prior to the message. 
 
11:30 – 12:10 PM SUNDAY SCHOOL - There are classes available for
 all ages three years old and upward.  PARENTS are invited to join in
 the nursery for a time of fellowship with one another while the kids
 are in Sunday School!  Coffee and cold drinks will be provided!
 ADULT SUNDAY SCHOOL CLASSES
 Sunday School Guide Class will meet in the Consistory Room. 
 Grace and the Millennium – Brad Class will lead this group in the
 Chapel.  Today – “Portents in Heaven ”.
 The Sunday Prayer Group will meet in the Sanctuary.
 
THE NEW MEMBERS CLASS will not meet today.
 
THE SEARCH COMMITTEE will meet in Pastor Rick’s office during the
 SS Hour.

 leaders at Newhall Community Church for their Cadets
 program.  We will meet here at church to ride together at
 6:15 pm, or meet at Newhall at 6:30 pm.  If you need to be
 picked up at home, please call the office (538-3100) to arrange.
 
 6:45 – 8:00 PM THE SENIOR CHOIR will meet.
 6:45 – 8:15 PM GEMS for girls in grades 1-8 meets.

 3:30 – 5:30 PM CLUB 3:16 FOR ELEMENTARY STUDENTS
 4:30 PM PRAYER GROUP will meet in Pastor Rick’s office. Everyone is
 invited to join them in this special time of prayer.
 
SATURDAY, FEBRUARY 18, 2006
 6:00 – 9:00 PM  PARADISE ISLAND Fellowship Dinner Event.

The evening will temporarily release you from the winter blahs with a warm, tropical luau setting downstairs in the Fellowship Hall.  Cost is $10.00per person.

PASTOR RICK will continue the series “Christians in Today’s Culture”
 with the message “We Are Spirit Filled Jars” from II Corinthians 4:7-18.
 
SUNDAY’S AT SIX - Join us in the Chapel for the continuation of the series
 on Mark.  Pastor Rick will lead a study of “The Ruler Who Serves
 based on Mark 9-16.  Next Week: “Extravagant Love”.

MEN – PROMISE KEEPERS IS COMING!  Reserve the dates of September
 15-16 for the Promise Keepers Convention.  12 tickets have been
 ordered at a reduced rate for the men of Grace.  Also included may be
 a U of M vs. Notre Dame football viewing party after the event!  See

STORAGE SPACE NEEDED!  Do you have an extra stall in your garage or a
 barn with room for storage?  Grace is in need of a space for our
 “props” and other materials that are now stored in the church garage. 
 We would like to make room for the new vans!  Please call the church
