Prayers & Praise Line

February 22, 2015

Congregational Prayers and Praise

  • The season of Lent has begun.  Ask God to prepare your heart and soul for this most significant time of the year.
  • Today we thank God for the people in our lives who have taught us about Jesus.  We are thankful for Christian parents and grandparents, our pastors, Sunday school teachers, youth directors, VBS volunteers, Crossing leaders and volunteers, and the many, many others who have influenced our journey.
  • We thank and praise God for the life and witness of Marylynn Huizen.  We pray for comfort for her family and friends.
  • Please keep Sandy Gort in your prayers as she undergoes surgery on Wednesday.
  • We thank God today for our Discovery Kidz and for Ms. Heather as she leads them.
  • We pray for Pastor George today as he leads Connections.  We pray for all the people that attend.
  • We pray for Lorie Norden following knee replacement surgery.
  • Continue to keep Lola De Young and her parents, Matt & Lindsey, in your prayers.
  • Pray for our Shut-in’s: Mr. Ralph Bolt, Mrs. Tena DeVink,

Mrs. Wilma Kamphuis, Mr. Mac Mc Alary, Mrs. Ruth Ver Merris.

  • Neighborhood Church Ministries is encouraging the community of churches in Wyoming to life one another up in prayer.  This week we pray for Crosswinds Church. Let’s join together in this effort to encourage one another and lift one another up in prayer.

As other prayers are shared, you are invited to write them down and include them in your prayers for our congregation this week. Please keep the church informed of your prayer needs and praise reports.
