TODAY is RCA Youth Sunday! We thank Darrell Delaney and all our
youth and leaders for their part in the service today.

WE WELCOME the Cornerstone Hip Hop Worship Dance Team to our
worship service. Thank you for blessing us with your talents today!

NO CHILDREN & WORSHIP will be held today.

11:20 AM–12:20 PM SUNDAY SCHOOL - There are classes available for
all ages three years old and upward. A nursery is available for those
children under the age of three.
ADULT SUNDAY SCHOOL CLASSES
Sunday School Guide Class will meet in the Consistory Room. Join
them for lively discussions relating to our Christian walk.
Songs and Psalms – Brad Class will lead this group in the Chapel.
This week we will look at Psalm 110.

challenged Keith Benthin of New Life Lakeshore Church and

 NEXT SUNDAY – FEBRUARY 11, 2007

NEXT SUNDAY Pastor Rick will share the message “REMOVE THE VEIL”
based on Exodus 34:29-35, II Corinthians 3:7-18.

 PRAYERS & PRAISE

HEALTH CONCERNS – Jan VanWyk will continue to be hospitalized in
Ann Arbor for the time being. She welcomes your phone calls. You
can reach her at 734-936-5445. Caleb Zondervan continues to
improve and was able to go home last Monday. Janet Yonkers was
able to return home on Thursday. Irwin Huizen returned to Waldon
Woods after being hospitalized following a fall. Gert Kerkstra is
now at Haven Park Nursing Home, 285 N. State Street, Zeeland.

IN APPRECIATION – I would like to say “Thank You So Much” to my
Grace family for all the prayers, cards, calls, and concern shown to
me during my recent back surgery and stay at Mary Free Bed and
second stay in St. Mary’s. Thank you Pastor Rick for the calls and
visits, the Sunshine Committee for the wonderful meals, several
different people for the rides to and from the hospital, doctors’
offices, etc. and visits and other acts of kindness shown to me.
Above all, I thank God for all of you and for His healing care shown
to me. ~Lucille Sytsema

I would like to thank Pastor Rick, Christy Oppenhuizen, Bill Tacoma
and Louise Grimm for their visits during my recent hospital stay
and recovery. I would like to thank all of you for your prayers,
thoughts, and cards as they were greatly appreciated. It is very
comforting to know we have such a caring church family.

 MISCELLANEOUS ANNOUNCEMENTS

SCHOOL SUPPLY GIVEAWAY – Come to the ADIC on Thursday, February
8 & 15 for a school supply give away. Share the news!

PLEASE SAVE YOUR NEWSPAPERS – The Cadets will have a paper drive in
March. The trailer will be in the parking lot beginning March 5. If
you need any papers picked up contact Rick Veldheer at 453-8384.

THE SPECIAL OFFERING for the month of February is designated for the
GIDEONS. This special offering will be received on February 25th.

HOUSES IN A BOX – Join other persons in building a “House in a Box”
for Habitat for Humanity. The RCA is partnering with Habitat to
build 2 “Houses in a Box”…one will later be put up here in Grand
Rapids and one will be sent to the Gulf. Sign up in the narthex to help
on Saturday February 10 or 17. The building will take place at
Robert Grooters Development, 3056 Walker Ridge. Also, if anyone
would like to help prepare lunch for the workers, indicate that on the
sign up. Habitat will send you a map and other details.

THE FLOCKING CONTINUES! FUNdraiser to benefit the Alaska
Mission/Leadership Trip! See Darrell for more information or if you
have someone special you would like flocked!

INNER CITY CHRISTIAN FEDERATION (ICCF) invites you to attend a
Benefit Concert featuring Jubilee, The Metropolitan Choir of
Praise, and The King’s Choraliers as they join their voices in an
evening of praise entitled “Love for Today and Always”. The concert
will be held on Thursday, February 15 at 7:30 pm at the St. Cecelia
Royce Auditorium, 24 Ransom Ave, Grand Rapids. No admission
charge. Free will offering.
