A PRAYER GROUP will meet following the service in the Sanctuary

HEALTH CONCERNS – Tena De Vink was able to return to her

 Home on Monday. Janet Yonkers was hospitalized earlier this week

 and is now at the Heartwood Lodge (18525 Woodland Ridge Drive,
 Spring Lake, MI 49456) as she recuperates. Please keep Janet and

 Tena in your prayers this week. For all other prayer requests and

 praise reports, see the Prayers & Praise Line in your bulletin today.

 for your generous gift towards our ministry. We deeply value

MISCELLANEOUS ANNOUNCEMENTS

MILITARY LOVE/CARE PACKAGES:

 TODAY  is the deadline to place your donation of snacks and

 goodies in the designated box in the Narthex.

 And, TODAY all the donations of baked goods and treats will be

 packed into the Care boxes to be mailed out on Monday.

OUR CHIAPAS MEXICO MISSION TRIP IS COMING SOON!

 Please sign up in the narthex to be a prayer partner to one or more

 of the 12 persons going on this trip on March 10-March 18. Would

 it be possible to have 5 persons praying for each person? We will

 give you more details of the trip before we leave so you can better

 pray for our needs. Also, right now we need all of your prayers....

 prayers for Al & Sue Schreuder and those we will be working with

 in Chiapas...prayers for all the plans being made in Chiapas as well

 a here, prayers for health for each of us, and prayers for good

 weather and safe travel.

 

MISSION OUTREACH Team meeting – February 21, 7:00 pm.

 

CARING SHEPHERDS – Next meeting is scheduled for February

 20th at 7:00 pm.

Toilet Paper COLLECTION for FNOW- Toilet Paper is

 Once again needed at Family Network of Wyoming! During the

 next month we will have boxes at the entrances to our church

 where you can drop off toilet paper. Currently, a family is given 1

 roll of toilet paper when they come to get food at the pantry once a

 month. We would like to double that amount! If 50 families gave

 24 rolls, we would have 1,200 rolls of toilet paper to give to the

 pantry…..can YOU help make this become a reality? Watch for

 sales and give as you are blessed! Thanks in advance!

 

THE SPECIAL OFFERING for the month of February is designated

 for WORDS OF HOPE. This offering will be received on Feb. 26. 

 

DISCOVERY KIDZ next rotation starts next Sunday, Feb. 12. Many

Church Plant Prayer Focus

 

Praise for such a great turnout of kids on Thursday

nights for our Crossing Community Dinner. Last Thursday night 17 kids came out for dinner and fun. 

Pray that more parents will be led to join their children. 

Please pray also for a good turnout of families for the Superbowl party this evening.

 

 

Congregational Prayers and Praise

Please call the office if you would like to

share a Prayer Request or a Praise Report.

 

  • We praise God for his unfailing love for us.
  • We remember in prayer all those members who are ill or will be undergoing surgery or in a stage of recovery.
  • Today we remember Tena De Vink and Janet Yonkers in our prayers. May they feel God’s love surround them.
  • Please keep Curt Boes, former member of our congregation, in your prayers as he waits for a heart transplant.
  • We remember in prayer the following family or friends of our members that are ill or receiving treatments: Dan De Vries, brother of Lisa Braendle; 
  • Norm Ver Merris, brother of Shirley De Bruin and brother in law of Ruth Ver Merris
  • We pray for the final plans being made for the mission trip to Chiapas. May all plans and details come together smoothly.
