TODAY AT GRACE

9:50 – 11:15 AM DISCOVERY KIDZ MEET. All children ages 3

 years – 5th Grade meet downstairs by the youth desk. 

 

TODAY WE CELEBRATE THE SACRAMENT OF THE LORD’S

 SUPPER. We invite all those who are members of Christ’s Church

 and have found forgiveness of sins in Him, to participate in this

 supper. A brief Communion Service will be held in the

 Chapel following the service for anyone who was not able

 to be present during the worship service. If you are aware of

 someone who is not here today, but would like to receive this

 sacrament, please contact the church office.

 welcome.

 dinner, salads, garlic bread and desserts! Come and enjoy a

 meal and fellowship prior to the nights activities.

 GEMS (Girls Everywhere Meeting the Savior) for girls in

NEXT SUNDAY Pastor Rick will continue the series of messages

 ACTING INTENTIONALLY”. 

 

PRAYERS & PRAISE

 

 

HEALTH CONCERNS – Please be in prayer for Anna Hoezee who is

 hospitalized at the Meijer Heart Center. Wes Lowing was

 hospitalized for a time last week with pneumonia. Continue to pray

 for Jen Koster who was hospitalized again with week with seizures.  

 For all other prayer requests and praise reports, see the Prayers &

 Praise Line in your bulletin.

 

IN APPRECIATION:

 To the congregation: I am "out and about", but because of

 complications there is a continuance with medical treatment. I wish

 to thank you for your prayers, cards, phone calls and visits.

 family for all the prayers cards and concerns during our

 hospitalization and recovery. Thanks to Pastor Rick for his visits to

Congregational Prayers and Praise

 

  • We praise God for the gift of his son so long ago…for his death on the Cross, and for our salvation and life everlasting.
  • We are thankful today that we can celebrate Holy Communion together as a church family.
  • We thank and praise God today for the addition of new families. We pray for God’s blessing on them as they join in the life and work of Grace Church.
  • We praise God today for our many relationships. We are so thankful for spouses, parents, grandparents, children and friendships.
  • Pray for Jen Koster and Phil and the children. Pray that they can find a way to help eliminate Jen’s seizures. 
  • Keep Char Otto in your prayers as she recovers from surgery.
  • Please remember Anna Hoezee in your prayers at the Meijer Heart Center.
  • We ask for prayers for all those who have been sick this winter with pneumonia or the flu. In particular we pray for Wes Lowing and John Boeve’s parents, Al & Bette Boeve.
  • We remember in prayer the following family or friends of our members that are ill or receiving treatments: Randy Veldheer, Lola De Young, Brian Benthin, and John Hoag.

  • Continue to keep Amie Pierce in your prayers as she is stationed at Fort Riley in Kansas.
  • Pray for our Shut-in’s: Mr. Ralph Bolt, Mrs Tena DeVink, Mrs. Jane Duthler, Mrs Miriam Schrotenboer, Mrs Anne Hoezee, Mrs Ruth Ver Merris.
