Prayers & Praise Line

January 15, 2017

Congregational Prayers and Praise

  • Lord, we lift up prayer for our country.  We ask that you would bless our country with your wisdom, your love, and your compassion. May we be a people who are pursuing you and your plans for us - individually and together.
  • Lord, we ask for blessings on our leaders. May those who are in positions of authority take that responsibility seriously and do their very best each day. May they realize their need for you and for your direction. May they hear your voice as they make their decisions, and may they follow your guidance. May they have a passion for people, for truth, and for righteousness.
  • We give praise to God for our children.  We thank Heather Dood for all she does with the youth groups at Grace and the Crossing.  We pray for Heather as she continues her studies to become a Commissioned Pastor.
  • We thank God for the ministry of Connections.  We pray for Pastor George as he leads them each week.  We thank God for the lives that are touched by this ministry.
  • Continue to keep Geri Ruis in your prayers.
  • Keep Kathy De Ruiter in your prayers following surgery and as she heals.
  • Please be in prayer for Char Otto.  Char has been experiencing very severe back pain and has also been passing out.  Please pray for answers and a relief from her pain.
