11:30 am – 12:10 pm THE SUNDAY SCHOOL GUIDE CLASS will meet in
the Consistory Room. You are welcome to join them!

 PRAYERS & PRAISE

HEALTH CONCERNS – Peter Cook continues to be hospitalized at
Spectrum downtown. Please keep Peter in your prayers this week.
See the Prayers and Praise Line for all other prayer requests and
praise reports.

OUR CHRISTIAN SYMPATHIES are extended to Ken, Janet, and Betty
Groenhout upon the death of Janet’s mother, Betty Schuurmans, on
January 9th at the age of 84. Services were held on Tuesday at
Caledonia CRC.

7:00 PM SPIRITUAL GROWTH AND YOUTH MINISTRY TEAM will meet

1:00 PM THE ELIZABETH CIRCLE will meet in the Consistory Room.
We will discuss Acts 3 & 4. (Week Three in the Study Book.)
Use the study guide that has been placed in your mailbox. All
women are welcome!
3:15 – 5:30 PM CLUB 3:16 FOR GRADES 5 & 6.

WEDNESDAY, JANUARY 20, 2010
NO CLUB TODAY! Wyoming Schools only have ½ day!

6:00 PM FELLOWSHIP DINNER! Come out and enjoy a TACO BAR!
Join us for a time of fellowship prior to family night activities.

6:30 PM SENIOR CHOIR will meet for practice.

GEMS for girls in grades K – 8 meet at the Crossing.

CADETS for boys in grades 1 – 8 meet in the choir room.

Meet at the Crossing.

January 31 – Following the morning worship service DISCOVERY KIDZ
“TOWER OF BABEL” ROTATION TRAINING! This is for all volunteers
involved in this rotation which runs from Feb. 7 – March 7. All
volunteers must attend. See Heather Dood if you have any questions.

Saturday, February 6, 1:00 – 3:00 pm SLEDDING! YOUNG & YOUNG AT
HEART are invited to join the Discovery Kidz for sledding.

Sunday, February 14 – Following the morning worship service there will
be an important meeting regarding VBS!! This year VBS is going to be
a step back to Marketplace 29 AD. Many hands are needed to get this
up and running. There will be plenty of areas and an opportunity for
all to help!! Have any questions? See Heather Dood.

Friday, February 26 Y-LIFE MIDDLE SCHOOL YOUTH GROUP will go to
the Casting Crowns Concert. See Heather if you are planning on
going. This will be our meeting for February.

Monday – Friday, JUNE 7-11 VACATION BIBLE SCHOOL! Save the Date!

 MISCELLANEOUS ANNOUNCEMENTS

DISCOVERY KIDZ are in need of donations for their Wednesday night
service project. They will be putting together breakfast bundles for
Kids Food Baskets of Grand Rapids. See list on the narthex if
you are able to donate. All donations need to be in the kitchen by
January 24th.

OUR SPECIAL OFFERING for the Month of January is designated for the
CADET ORGANIZATION. This offering will be received on January 31st
which is Cadet Sunday. Our cadets and leaders will have a special
part of that service.

A TOILET PAPER DRIVE will begin next week! See the Galaxy for details!

GRACE MISSION TRIP – Anyone interested in giving your input to our
Grace Mission Trip this spring, see Shari in front of the church
directly after the morning service next Sunday, January 24.

 Today we pray for those who have recently lost loved ones. In particular we pray for Ken,
Janet, and Betty Groenhout.
 Please pray for Connie Maile, sister of Jim Emelander, who is battling
cancer.
