9:50 – 11:15 AM DISCOVERY KIDZ MEET. All children ages 3

 years – 5th Grade meet downstairs by the youth desk. 

 

TODAY we welcome Ryan Dornbos (1163 Lake Vista Ct., Apt. 3B,

 Byron Center, 49315) into the membership at Grace by transfer from

 Fellowship Reformed Church of Hudsonville. Welcome Ryan!

 

A PRAYER GROUP will meet following the service in the Sanctuary

 to pray for Pastor George and the new church start. All are welcome.

 

THE ADULT SUNDAY SCHOOL GUIDE CLASS will meet in the

 Consistory Room following the morning service today.

MISCELLANEOUS ANNOUNCEMENTS

 

CARING SHEPHERDS – Updated materials are in your mailboxes

 today. Next scheduled Caring Shepherd meeting is Monday,

 February 20 at 7:00 pm.

 

CARE PACKAGES - We need lots of goodies and snacks to fill 6-8

 Care Packages to send to our service men/women. See the Galaxy for

 the suggestion list. You will find a designated "drop-box" in the

 Narthex. Also, a donation can as we need $100.00 (plus) for mailing

 and to purchase extra's. For your home baked goodies, such as: bars,

 cookies, brownies, fudge, (so that they will be fresh) it would be best

 to bring these on Sunday, Feb. 5 and placed in the Kitchen. Please

 help with this project so they all will receive a box and not some left

 out. If you are willing to help pack please see me or call me 662-

Church Plant Prayer Focus

 

Praise for the continued support of the people of Grace Reformed Church. Pray for the Crossing Community folks

as we begin to fulfill our mission of “Connecting people with God, each other, and our community.”

 

 

Congregational Prayers and Praise

Please call the office if you would like to

share a Prayer Request or a Praise Report.

 

  • We praise God today for our newest member Ryan Dornbos. We pray for God’s blessing on Ryan & Chelsea as they continue to engage in the life and works of Grace Church.
  • We pray today for Neal Klein as he will undergo surgery on Tuesday. We remember in prayer all those members who are ill or will be undergoing surgery or in a stage of recovery.
  • Please keep Curt Boes, former member of our congregation, in your prayers as waits for a heart transplant.
  • We remember in prayer the following family or friends of our members that are ill or receiving treatments: Dan De Vries, brother of Lisa Braendle; Norm Ver Merris,
  • brother of ShirleyDe Bruin and brother-in-law of Ruth Ver Merris. 
  • We pray for the final plans being made for the mission trip to Chiapas. May all plans and details come together smoothly.
  • Keep these friends and family serving in the military in your prayers: Amie Pierce, Mitch Dekker, Brent Wenzel, Frank Senko, Adam Simons, Dave Vander Berg.
