 years – 5th Grade meet downstairs for your very own worship service.

OUR MINISTRY OF MUSIC this morning is presented by Ernst

 Otto of our congregation. Thank you for sharing with us in such a

OUR CHRISTIAN SYMPATHIES are extended to Don & Lillian

 Vander Veen upon the death of Lillian’s Father, Robert Mc Coy on

 Sunday, July 3 at the age of 97. Services were held Friday with

 Pastor Rick officiating.

MISCELLANEOUS ANNOUNCEMENTS

 

OUR SPECIAL OFFERING for the month of July is designated for

 Cran Hill Ranch. This offering will be received on July 31st.

 

PASTOR RICK AND DONNA will be on vacation through

 July 12. If an emergency arises, please call your Elder

 Representative, Caring Shepherd, or call the office and we will

 contact them for you. 

 

CONSISTORY the next meeting will be held on July 25th. Elders

 will meet at 6:30 pm and Consistory at 7:30 pm.

 

COMING SATURDAY, JULY 30, 8:00 AM TILL 3:00 PM 

 GRACE MARKET DAYAs another fundraiser for the Chiapas

 Mexico Mission Trip, Grace will be hosting ‘GRACE MARKET DAY’

 in the parking lot! This will be a Flea Market and Craft Sale! See the

 insert in your bulletin today.

 

CHOIR PICNIC Choir, Men & Women’s Chorus and their spouses

 are invited to Paul’s cottage for a picnic on Saturday, August 6. 

 Come anytime after 1 PM. Bring a dish to pass. Supper will be at

 5:00 pm. Sign up in the narthex. If you would like to carpool and

 ride together in the church vans, see Stan De Witt.

 

LADIES DAY at Brower Park – Tuesday August 16, 10 AM 

 Grace women of all ages are invited to a fun day at the lake. Phyllis

 Vander Sloot has graciously offered to host us at her trailer at Brower

 Park. We will take a boat ride, have lunch, swim, and spend some

 time having fun together! Meet at church at 10:00 and ride together

 in the vans. Bring a dish to pass and your own beverage. We will

 return to church somewhere between 4:00 & 5:00 pm. Sign up today

 in the narthex!

 

 Local Opportunity for helping on a Habitat for

 Humanity BUILD! Churches and Habitat are partnering in the

 ‘Faith United Build’ which will impact 50 families on the southeast

 side of GR. Opportunities for building are available all summer for

 individuals that are interested. We are planning to put a work group

 from Grace together in the fall. Sign up on the sheet in the narthex!

  • We give thanks to the Lord, for He is good! His love and mercy endure forever!
  • We thank God today for times of rest and relaxation.
  • We pray today for Pastor George as he continues to build the Crossing Community. We pray that lives may be changed.
  • We pray today for those who are hurting. May they feel God’s love and presence surround them and hold them close.
  • We pray for those who have recently lost loved ones. In particular today we pray for Don & Lillian Vander Veen and family.
