TODAY WE WELCOME Rev. Bruce Kuiper to our services. We thank 
you for being here and ministering to us this Lord’s Day! 

9:50 am – 11:15 am DISCOVERY KIDZ MEET. All children ages 3 years – 
5th Grade meet downstairs for your very own service. 

OUR MINISTRY OF MUSIC today is presented by Ernst Otto of our 
congregation. Thank you for your special part in our worship service 

SUNDAYS AT SIX – Please note that today we will begin meeting at the 
Crossing for our evening service.


NEXT SUNDAY Pastor Rick will be back and will lead our services and 
share the message. Rev. Al & Sue Schreuder will be with us and 
share their experiences in Chiapas, Mexico. 


HEALTH CONCERNS – See the Prayer and Praise Line for all the prayer 
requests and praise reports.

IN APPRECIATION – I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for 
your cards, expressions of concern and words of encouragement 
following my knee surgery. Recovery has been a little slow but I 
hope to be joining you soon in worship at Grace.

THE SPECIAL OFFERING for the month of July is designated for Camp 
Geneva. This offering will be received on July 25th.

PASTOR RICK & DONNA are on vacation through July 16. If a need arises, 
please contact your Caring Shepherd, Elder, or call the church office 
and we will contact them. 

WESTOWN JUBILEE HOUSING – The Deacons’ Center is asking churches if 
they would be willing to participate in the redoing of a Westown 
Jubilee house at 113 Gold Ave., SW. If interested, see Shari.

Praise God for His Holy Word! Ask for His help in making 
you faithful about studying it and learning from it. 

Church Plant Prayer Focus

Pray that God will lead us to clarity. 
Pray for discernment for the Mission/Outreach Team. 

Congregational Prayers and Praise

Please call the office if you would like to 
share a Prayer Request or a Praise Report.

 We thank God for time this summer for relaxation and reflection.
 We ask God for safety as many are traveling.
 We are so thankful today that Betty Figueroa had good test results and will not require surgery at this time!
 Please keep Keri (Boeve) Desmarais in your prayers as she is to stay off her feet until the birth of her son, due in August.
 Remember Willie Hiemstra in your prayers as she continues to do rehab on her knee. Pray for strength and encouragement.
 We pray today for Lucille Sytsema and John De Jong as they undergo chemo treatments.
 We pray today for Judy Klein that she may soon feel better and get back to full health and strength.
 Please pray for Connie Maile, sister of Jim Emelander, who is battling cancer. 
 We thank God for his healing touch.
 Keep these friends and family serving in the military in your prayers: Amie Pierce, Doug Desmarais, Frank Senko,
