We joyously welcome you to Grace.  Let us join together in celebrating the goodness of God, and singing songs of joy before our creator.  Please sign your name and address on the Fellowship Register as it is passed today so we can get to know you better!
 
TODAY AT GRACE
 
THIS MORNING we welcome Rev. John Smith to our worship service.  We
 thank you for being with us on this Lord’s Day!  Pastor Rick and
 Donna are vacationing!  They will return on July 11th.  If an
 emergency arises, please contact your Caring Shepherd, Elder, or
 Pastor Rog or call the church office and we will contact them for you. 
 
OUR MINISTRY OF MUSIC is presented by the Men’s Quartet PRAISES 4
 HIM.  The members of the group are:  Ben Van Kammen, Kurt
 Vander Loon, Rob Schrock and Walt Shuck.  We thank you for
 sharing your testimony in song this morning.
 
THE SUNDAY SCHOOL GUIDE CLASS will continue to meet throughout the
 summer in the Consistory Room.  You are invited to join them!
 
THERE WILL NOT BE an evening service at Grace this holiday weekend.

HEALTH CONCERNS –  Joan Patterson underwent knee replacement
 surgery Tuesday.  She was expected to return to her home by this
 weekend.  Ken Wylie will undergo surgery on July 5.  See the
 Prayers & Praise Line inserted in your bulletin today for all the
 other Prayer Requests and Praise Reports.
 
NEXT SUNDAY – JULY 9, 2006
 
NEXT SUNDAY Rev. Vern Hettinga will be with us and share the message
 at both our morning and evening service.
 
 
MISCELLANEOUS ANNOUNCEMENTS
 
VOLUNTEERS are needed to paint the parsonage, replace a window in the
 garage, and do some plumbing repairs.  All the work will be done the
 week of July 10-15.  Please sign up in the narthex if you can help!!

SMALL GROUPS – Is your small group still meeting??  Would you like to
 lead a small group this fall, or do you have an idea for study?  Call

 Taskforce to brainstorm and give input on fall programs for our
 children and youth.

Wednesday, July 19, 6:30 – 8:30 pm FIESTA REUNION!!  Kids are invited
 back to experience Fiesta one more time!!!  Sing the songs, hear
 another story about Jesus and make a craft!  Tell your friends!  We
 will also have another FIESTA REUNION on August 16th

 breast cancer ~ she underwent surgery on Thursday
· Paul Elder, a 17 year old high school youth from Club 3:16, who has gotten
 into trouble and is facing a 5-6 year prison term.  He is at the Kent County
 Jail at the present time.  He will be sentenced in August.
· Jim, husband of Anna Borkowski’s friend, who has been hospitalized with a
 blood clot and may require surgery
· Those in our congregation with continuing heath concerns:  Jan VanWyk,
 David Hoezee, Marjean Tibbets, Ila Friar, Mary Haagsman
