TODAY AT GRACE

9:50 – 11:15 AM DISCOVERY KIDZ MEET. All children ages 3

 years – 5th Grade meet downstairs for your very own worship service.

 

OUR SPECIAL OFFERING for the month of July is designated for

 Cran Hill Ranch. Cran Hill’s Summer theme this year is “Mighty to

 Save”…Zephaniah 3:17 “The Lord your God is with you, he is mighty

 to save. He will take great delight in you, he will quiet you with his

 love, he will rejoice over you with singing.” We pray that many kids

 will come to know Christ through their camp experience.

 

PRAYERS & PRAISE

 

HEALTH CONCERNS – Keep Jim Herrema in your prayers this

 week as he goes in Tuesday to have cataracts removed and

 undergoes a cornea transplant. Harvey Steensma was able to

 return to his home on Wednesday. For all other prayer requests and

IN APPRECIATION – To Our Grace Family: Thank you for your

 loving acts of kindness in the passing of our mother and

 Grandmother, Geneva Punt. Thank you for all the cards, flowers,

 and the great lunch that was also provided as well as the very

 beautiful service itself. I agree with mom's statement "What do

 people do that do not have a church family?'' All was very much

 the church vans, see Stan De Witt.

NEXT SUNDAY Pastor George Grevenstuk will lead our services and

 share the message. Pastor Rick and Donna will be on vacation

 August 1-9. If an emergency arises, please contact your Elder

 Representative, your Caring Shepherd, or call the office and we will

Persons are needed who are dedicated to pray each day for Pastor George and the Crossing Community.

Congregational Prayers and Praise

Please call the office if you would like to

share a Prayer Request or a Praise Report.

 

  • We praise and thank God today for Christian Camps such as Cran Hill Ranch, Camp Geneva, and Spring Hill Camp. We pray that campers lives will be impacted through their camp experience.
  • Pray today for strength and encouragement for Harvey Steensma.
  • Keep Jim Herrema in your prayers as he undergoes surgery Tuesday.
  • We thank and praise God for the opportunity to have “Grace Market Days” yesterday and for the persons who volunteered their time to help out, the vendors who sold their crafts, all those who donated items for the Grace sale table, made baked goods, priced items…so many ways persons donated their time and talents!
  • We thank God for times of relaxation and refreshment.
  • We pray for those who have recently lost loved ones. 
  • We remember in prayer the following family or friends of our members that are ill or receiving treatments: Dan De Vries, brother of Lisa Braendle; Amee Bekkering, daughter of Dick & Ruth Locke; Tyler Huisman, nephew of Wes & Linda Lowing; Larry VerMerris, son of Ruth Vermerris.
  • Keep these friends and family serving in the military in your prayers: Amie Pierce, Doug Desmarais, Mitch Dekker, Frank Senko, Dave Vander Berg.
  • Pray for our Shut-in’s: Mrs Tena DeVink, Mrs Miriam Schrotenboer, Mrs Anne Hoezee, Mrs Janet Yonkers.
