9:50 - 11 :15 AM DISCOVERY KIDZ will meet. All kids ages

3 years - 5th grade meet downstairs by the youth desk. Our Theme
verse for this session of "Cooking With Jesus" is "For we are God's
handiwork, created
in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God
in advancefor us to do." Ephesians 2:10. Today we will
learn about how richly God blesses us.

Shepherds are still needed for the summer session! Please

ELDERS I NVIT ATION - If you have questions, concerns, joys, or
prayer needs that you would like to share, please see the Pastor or
an Elder today. Elders will be greeting at the doors as you leave the
sanctuary this morning and they are also listed on the back of your
bulletin. You may also make a notation on the Fellowship Register.

A PRAYER GROUP will meet following the service in the sanctuary
to pray for Pastor George & Connections, and the needs and vision at
Grace Reformed Church.

6:00 PM JOINT EVENING WORSHIP - We will be meeting at
FAITH Reformed Church (618 32nd St SW, Wyoming)

SUMMER CAMP - A couple of our kids at Grace will be heading to
Cran Hill Ranch this afternoon through August 5. We would love to
show that they are being prayed for and thought of during this week
away. Would you consider sending them a quick note during their

Congregational Prayers and Praise

  • We are so thankful today for Christian Camps such as Cran Hill Ranch and
    Camp Geneva and the counselors that spend the summer with the kids. We
    are thankful that our Grace kids have the opportunity to spend a week at
    camp. We pray that many lives may be touched through the time spent there.
  • We remember in our prayers our Discovery Kidz as they go through the
    summer months. We pray for fun times, discovery, and a closer relationship
    to Jesus.
  • We pray for Pastor George and Connections and for the youth and adults that
    attend each week. We pray for Connections as they reach out to the
    neighborhood through summer block parties and other activities through the
  • Please be in prayer for Mary, sister of Anna Borkowski, who lives in
    Kentucky. Mary's husband, Donald, passed away recently at the age of 75.
  • Please keep McLain Grimm in your prayers as she heals after falling from a
  • Remember Keith Baker in your prayers following surgery Tuesday.
  • Please continue to keep Sandy Workman, Bob Tofferi, and Sally Herrema in
    your prayers. We pray for continued healing and a complete return to health
    and strength.
  • Please continue to be in prayer for Shirley De Bruin as she undergoes

 chemotherapy.  .

  • We continue to keep Tymie Boeve in our prayers. We pray for understanding,
    encouragement, continued healing and strength. Also, please remember
    Tymie's mom in your prayers. She has just recently been diagnosed with a
    stage 4 cancer.
  • Continue to remember Karen Ver Hulst in your prayers.
  • We ask for prayers for Wes Dekker's sister, Janet as she has had a setback due
    to recent surgery.
  • Please keep Brent Kerkstra, son of Paul, in your prayers. Prayers for a
    complete return to health and wellness.
  • Please continue to be in prayer for Lola De Young and her parents Matt &
  • Continue to lift up Josh Sawyer in prayer as he is at the Great Lakes Naval
    Station for A School.
  • Pray for our Shut-in's: Mrs. Tena DeVink, Mrs. Betty Figueroa, Mrs. Wilma
    Kamphuis, Mrs. Ruth Ver Merris, Mr. Jim Friar.

As other prayers are shared, you are invited to write
