HEALTH CONCERNS – Ade & Margaret Peterson were able to return to
their homes last week. Karen Hendrickson underwent surgery at
Blodgett Hospital on Thursday. She was expected to be home by the
weekend. See the Prayers & Praise Line in your bulletin today for
all the other prayer concerns and praise reports.

TUESDAY, JUNE 19, 2007
6:30 – 8:00 PM CLUB 3:16 BIBLE STUDY at Nikki’s house (3316

5:00 PM ANNUAL CHURCH PICNIC. Dinner will be served at
6:00 pm. See the insert in today’s bulletin. Please fill out
your reservation form TODAY (at the very latest..11:00 am
5:45 PM CO-ED SOFTBALL GAME at the Knights of Columbus Field
(5830 Clyde Park). Double Header…2nd game at 6:45.

12:00 – 2:00 PM CLUB 3:16 at the Crossing. Lunch provided!
4:30 PM PRAYER MEETING in Pastor Rick’s office.

 NEXT SUNDAY – JUNE 24, 2007

NEXT SUNDAY morning Rev. Michael Bos, director of Al Amana Centre in
Muscat, Oman will lead our service and share the message.

VOLUNTEERS – A SHORT meeting will be held next Sunday immediately
following the morning service for anyone interested in volunteering
for the Thursday evening Club 3:16.

5:00 PM IN PLACE OF OUR EVENING SERVICE we will join together and
go to Grand Haven for Worship on the Waterfront! Jadon Lavik will
be the speaker. After the pursuit of a baseball career and realizing
that a degree in business finance was not really for him, Jadon spent
time in seminary and began playing guitar in times of worship. This
led to a worship leadership role at Saddleback Church in CA and later
to a full time recording career. Meet at church and we will ride
together in the vans! If you have any questions, see Ron Engels
or Bob Ver Merris.

OUR SPECIAL OFFERING for the month of June is designated to offset the
cost of VBS. This special offering will be received next Sunday.

Tuesday, June 26, 7:30 pm MISSION OUTREACH TEAM MEETING.

Sunday, July 15 ALASKA CHALLENGE TEAM – A pre-trip meeting will
be held right after the morning worship service. Bring the Bible you
plan on taking on the trip with you to the meeting.
 Snow Shoes Not Required!


CLUB 3:16 BIBLE STUDY – Groups now forming! 1st meeting this week
Tuesday from 6:30 – 8:00 at Nikki’s house. See Nikki if you have
any questions.

CLEAN UP AND BREAK DOWN of VBS decorations/maze will be held
Monday (and Tuesday if necessary). All help would be gratefully
accepted!! Just show up anytime from 8:30 am - ? Come and go as
you can! Thanks!

PASTOR RICK will be on vacation from Thursday, June 21 – July 5. If an
emergency arises, please call your Elder, Caring Shepherd, or call the
office and we will contact them for you.

CHILDREN & WORSHIP HELP WANTED for FALL 07. Looking for help in
the following areas: Crafts, Feasts, Greeters, Story

WORSHIP ON THE WATERFRONT – Begins this week at the Grand Haven
Waterfront Stadium from 7:30 – 8:45 pm. Throughout the summer
many different artists including, Michael Card, Chris Rice, Cheri
Keaggy, Peder Eide, and the Horns of Power will be performing and
giving testimony. Check out the bulletin boards for the list. Dress for
the weather…WOW will be held rain or shine! No cost and no tickets
are needed.
