REV BRUCE KUIPER will lead our service and share the message at

 both our morning and evening worship services today.  Rev. Bruce

 Kuiper is the Pastor and President of Grace Legacy Builders, a men’s

 ministry that strives to equip men as spiritual leaders.  For more

 information on Grace Legacy Builders, go online to  OUR SPECIAL OFFERING for the

 month of June is designated for GRACE LEGACY BUILDERS.

 This special offering will be received today.


DISCOVERY KIDZ AND PARENTS – Discovery Kidz will take a

 few weeks off so Ms. Heather can prep for some fun summer lessons! 

 Discovery Kidz will be under construction through July 6.  Classes

 will resume with a fun summer theme on July 13!



ELDERS INVITATION If you have questions, concerns, joys, or

 prayer needs that you would like to share, please see the Pastor or

 an Elder today.  Elders will be greeting at the doors as you leave the

 sanctuary this morning and they are also listed on the back of your

 bulletin.  You may also make a notation on the Fellowship Register.



A PRAYER GROUP will meet following the service in the sanctuary

 to pray for Pastor George & Connections, and the needs and vision at

 Grace Reformed Church.



SUMMER CAMP - A few of our kids at Grace will be heading to Cran

 Hill Ranch July 6th-11th. We would love to show that they are being

 prayed for and thought of during this week away. Would you consider

 sending them a quick note during their stay? Here is the list of those

 that will be attending that week: Abby Kubiak, Mary Kubiak, Brielle

 Wigent, Alex Hill, Lilly Dood, Sophie Licari, Bella Licari and Nachelle

Next Sunday Pastor Rick will conclude the series of messages “I WANT

 TO TESTIFY” with the message:  “The Testimony of the Church”




THE FELLOWSHIP TEAM will host an outing on July 17, to the

 Picnic Pops to see “A Tribute to the Beatles”.  The show starts at

 7:30 pm.  $15.00 per person.  Sign up in the narthex so tickets can be



CHURCH WORLD SERVICE CARE KITS – Thank you to everyone

 who donated items for the Hygiene kits.  We had fun putting the kits

 together in VBS ! We are short a few supplies to complete the

 kits. We are still in need of the following items: wash cloths,

 hand towels, and nail clippers. 



 narthex table! For the summer months I am looking for 2 shepherds

 each week to help me out. The sign ups are week to week.



 College July 23-27.  This event begins with a night of worship for

 all.  This is the first time in about 20 years that the conference was

 held in Grand Rapids.  Cost is $15.00.  Flyers are on the narthex

Congregational Prayers and Praise

  • We thank and praise God for the ministry of Grace Legacy Builders and Pastor Bruce Kuiper.  We pray for continued blessings.
  • We thank and praise God for Pastor Rick and Donna.  We pray that they will have a restful and refreshing vacation time.
  • What a friend we have in Jesus!  Praise God for this special friendship, and thank Him too for Christian friends in your life.
  • We thank God for the gift of laughter and good times.  Thank him that smiles and happiness can be a part of our lives.
  • We pray for Jim Friar as he recovers following heart surgery.
  • Remember Trena Battjes following cataract surgery and as she prepares to have her other eye done this Tuesday. 
  • There are many friends and family of our church members that need your prayers this week.  Please continue to pray for Lola De Young and her parents Matt & Lindsey.  Also, Barb, friend of Della Sawyer, undergoing chemotherapy; Marie Mc Donald, friend of Esther Hoag, who has cancer; and Caitlin, friend of Abbey Licari, diagnosed with Leukemia.
  • We pray for all those who are serving in the military.  In particular we pray for Amie Pierce serving in Kuwait.
  • Pray for our Shut-in’s: Mr. Ralph Bolt, Mrs Tena DeVink, Mrs. Wilma Kamphuis, Mrs Ruth Ver Merris.

As other prayers are shared, you are invited to write them down and include them in your prayers for our congregation this week. Please keep the church informed of your prayer needs and praise reports.
