TODAY AT GRACE

 

DISCOVERY KIDZ will resume on July 19.  During the break,

 kids are invited to sit with their parents in the sanctuary.  Children’s

 bulletins are available on the sound desk and on the narthex table.

 

OUR MUSIC MINISTRY today is provided by Ernst & Char Otto of

 our congregation.  We thank them for sharing with us today.

 

OUR SPECIAL OFFERING for the month of June is designated for

 RCA Care NetWork/World Renew.  The RCA has partnered over the

 years with many organizations and their relationship with the

 Christian Reformed World Relief Committee has grown deeper and

 wider. CRWRC is now World Renew and they are now their primary

 partner in domestic disaster response. This special offering will be

 received this morning.

 

A PRAYER GROUP will meet following the service in the sanctuary

 to pray for Pastor George & Connections, and the needs and vision at

 Grace Reformed Church.

 

NEXT WEEK, JULY 5, 2015

 

NEXT SUNDAY Rev. Cecil Martens will be with us to lead our service

 and share the message. 6:00 PM - For our evening service we will

 join with our sister churches at Faith Reformed Church for a Joint

 holiday service. 


 

PRAYERS & PRAISE

 

IN APPRECIATION - Thank you to my Grace family for the prayers,

 cards, concerns and other acts of kindness following the recent

 passing of my sister.  They are all very much appreciated.

 Thank you all for your participation in the Change Your World

 initiative.  The Grace congregation donated $823.41 in their coin

 banks which will provide approximately 21 Audio Bibles!  Thank

 YOU for making a lasting impact in God’s Kingdom with the Gospel,

 all for HIS glory! ~World Mission

 

PASTOR RICK and Donna will be on vacation from June 29 –

 July 13.  If a need arises during this time, please call your Caring

 Shepherd, Elder, or call the office and we will contact them for you.

 

MISCELLANEOUS ANNOUNCEMENTS

Congregational Prayers and Praise

  • We thank God today for the beauty of nature.  For warm summer days and times of rest and relaxation.
  • We pray for those who are vacationing or traveling at this time. 
  • We thank God for our children.  We pray that they will all come to know and love God.
  • Continue to keep Heather Dood in your prayers as she begins the process of becoming a Commissioned Pastor.
  • We pray today for Pastor George and his work at Connections.  We pray for the upcoming Block parties and the many activities and groups at the Crossing.
  • Keep Mart Slagter, father of Deb Kleymeer, in your prayers.  He has been hospitalized this past week.
  • Thank you for remembering Wes Dekker’s sister, Janet, in your prayers. Please pray that they will be able to restrain any cancer left in her system. 
  • Please remember Marie Mc Donald, friend of Esther Hoag, who has cancer.
  • Continue to keep Lola De Young and her parents, Matt & Lindsey, in your prayers. 
  • We pray today for Jeff and Chelsea Lampen as they prepare to serve in Romania. 
  • Pray for our Shut-in’s: Mrs. Tena DeVink, Mrs. Wilma Kamphuis, Mr. Mac Mc Alary, Mrs. Ruth Ver Merris.
