OUR MINISTRY OF MUSIC this morning is presented by Barb Halverson of
Hillsboro, Oregon. Barb is in town visiting her mom Lucille Sytsema.
Thank you Barb for sharing with us this morning!

SUNDAYS AT SIX – This evening Pastor Rick will continue a
study entitled “Worship from the Tabernacle.” This study will
observe the Hebrew ways of worshipping according to the Old
Testament mandate to “worship God alone.” We will learn about
people, places, and tools of worship that engaged the people with the
object of worship, God himself. Join us at the Crossing.

OUR SPECIAL OFFERING for the month of June is designated for
ACTION, Assisting Challenged Teenagers In Our Neighborhood,
a program of Neighborhood Church Ministries. This group is
responsible for bringing Joseph Jennings to our community to speak
to youth at gatherings in high schools, churches, as well as other area
events. Many teens have made a commitment to the Lord as a result
of these rallies. This special offering will be received today.


4:30 PM PRAYER GROUP meets in Pastor Rick’s office.


NEXT SUNDAY Pastor Vern Hettinga will lead our service and share the
morning message. In the place of our evening service we will travel
together to hear Ken Davis at Sandy Pines. Meet at church at
4:30 pm. Bring along a chair!


HEALTH CONCERNS – See the Prayers & Praise Line for all the prayer
concerns and praise reports.

KIDS AT CAMP – This coming week Reece Wigent and
Jacob Wohlgemuth will be at Cran Hill Ranch.
Please keep the boys in your prayers as well as all the
children as they experience God in new and exciting
ways at Cran Hill this week!


MISCELLANEOUS SILVERWARE and serving pieces have been left in the
kitchen. Check out the assortment of items on the table in the
narthex to see if any of it belongs to you!

Games held at Calvin Christian Elementary School will give them and
you a nice break. Joe and Lea Oosterheert, coaches and teachers at
Calvin Christian, will be teaching kindergarteners through fifth
graders some playground games every Thursday in July (10, 17, 24,
31) from 9:30-12:00 noon. For more information and a

“SCHOOL KITS” Service Project for children in impoverished schools,
refugee camps, and other difficult settings in the world. This
collection will continue throughout the summer. See Shari Dood if
you have any questions.

SEWERS OF SCHOOL BAGS – Please contact Shari regarding the number
of school bags you are sewing. A count is needed so supplies can be
obtained to fill them.

I thought I should let you know that Sunday the 6th of July when Ken Davis is at Sandy Pines Chapel,that they are having another quartet sing before Ken's performance.  The quartet will begin singing at 5:30 with Ken's performance right afterward.  You might like to have the church members come a little earlier so that they can see both.
