Congregational Prayers and Praise

Please call the office if you would like to

share a Prayer Request or a Praise Report.

  • Remember Mary Huizen in your prayers as she undergoes rehab at Thornapple Manor.
  • Remember Pastor George and the volunteers at Club in your prayers as they reach out and build relationships with the neighborhood children and their parents.
  • Please be in prayer for plans for the upcoming VBS. Pray that we will have enough volunteers and the children will come. Pray for Heather as she works on all the last minute details.
  • Continue to remember Amee Bekkering, daughter of Dick & Ruth Locke in your prayers. Amee’s reconstructive surgery went well. Now she has begun radiation which will take place 5 days a week for six weeks. She was able to go back to work part time!
  • We remember in prayer the following family or friends of our members that are ill or receiving treatments: Tyler Huisman, nephew of Wes & Linda Lowing; Marvin Witvliet, brother of Arlene Dekker, who is undergoing chemo for esophageal cancer; Larry VerMerris, son of Ruth Vermerris diagnosed with pancreatic cancer.
  • Keep these friends and family serving in the military in your prayers: Amie Pierce, Doug Desmarais, Frank Senko, Dave
  •  Vander Berg.
  • Pray for our Shut-in’s: Mrs Tena DeVink, Mrs Miriam Schrotenboer, Mrs Anne Hoezee, Mrs Janet Yonkers.

As other prayers are shared, you are invited to write

them down and include them in your prayers for our congregation this week.

Please keep the church informed
