PRAYERS & PRAISE
HEALTH CONCERNS – Joan Patterson is showing some improvement
while at Blodgett. Joan does have a Carepage- www.carepages.com
Care Page name is JoanPatterson. Keep her, as well as Sandy &
Brian, in your prayers. See the Prayers & Praise Line for all prayer
concerns & praise reports.
IN APPRECIATION – Thank you so much for all the prayers and cards I
received during my recent surgery and physical therapy. Please
continue to pray for the therapy on my very stubborn knee
replacement! ~Bob Stadt
MISSION WORK TRIP TO NEW ORLEANS – THANK YOU to everyone in our
church family for your support at our dinner last week. Everyone
had a wonderful time of fellowship and the food was delicious! We
could hardly believe it but, thanks to all of you, we collected
$1,432.00 …we will use that for gas, lodging, and food on our work
trip April 17 – 25. Many of you signed up to be our Personal Prayer
Partners already, but we could always use more, so check out the sign
up on the table in the narthex. Thank you again and we will share
our stories with you as time goes on.
TWELVE STEPS TO PARENTING A DAUGHTER CHURCH – This very
informative handout was put in your mailbox last week. Be sure to
take the time to read through it.
A PRAYER CALENDAR is inserted in your bulletin today. This prayer
guide will lead right up to the 24 HOUR PRAYER MARATHON which
will begin on THIS Saturday March 28 at 10 am and run through
Sunday March 29 at 10 am. A SIGN UP SHEET is on the table in the
narthex. You can sign up to commit to pray specifically for the
possibility of a new church plant in 15 minute intervals.
CHILDREN & WORSHIP HELPERS AND TEACHERS are desperately needed!
Can you help out? See Heather Dood or call her at 534-1794 if you
can help. There is also a sign up sheet in the narthex.
“CROCODILE DOCK” VACATION BIBLE SCHOOL is coming June 8 – 12
from 6:30 – 9:00 pm! CREW LEADERS are needed to lead the
children around to the various stations like Bible drama, crafts,
games, and Chadder’s Adventure. YOU will be the key person who
interacts directly with the children each day! The great part is that
everything is provided for you and you do not need to do extra study
each night. There is a sign up sheet in the narthex, or talk to Shari!
LENT FOOD DRIVE – The need for food and personal hygiene as well as
cleaning supplies is HUGE in our area due to the cut backs in income
and loss of jobs in the area. Even though many of us are affected in
some way, God calls us to reach out as we are able. So, the Mission
Outreach Team is promoting the Lent Food Drive here at Grace from
March 1 – April 12. Please consider helping with this project.
THE SINGING HIMS will be in concert tonight at 8:00 pm at Rogers
Heights CRC, 3025 Michael, Wyoming. You are invited to come!
