 TODAY AT GRACE

THE SPECIAL OFFERING for the month of March is designated for the
RCA/Habitat for Humanity local home build. This special offering
will be received this morning. Please take the time to sign the piece
of lumber on the sound board. This will go into the house that is
being build for the Miller family on Pleasant St SW.

CHILDREN & WORSHIP
Children ages 3 & 4 years meet in Fellowship Hall with
Worship Leaders Becky Herrema & Erika Wigent.
Children K – 2nd Grade meet in the choir room with
Worship Leader Karen Ver Hulst and Pat Ter Beek.

11:20 AM–12:20 PM SUNDAY SCHOOL - There are classes available for
all ages three years old and upward. A nursery is available for those
children under the age of three.
ADULT SUNDAY SCHOOL CLASSES
Sunday School Guide Class will meet in the Consistory Room. Join
them for lively discussions relating to our Christian walk.
Songs and Psalms Join Brad Class in the Chapel. This week we will
look at Psalm 60.
You Were Shaped For Serving God – Meet at the Crossing.

SUNDAY’S AT SIX – Tonight we welcome Rev. Harvey Hertz, Visitation
Pastor at Faith Reformed Church, to our worship service. Pastor Rick
will be preaching at Beverly Reformed Church as a part of the Lenten
Pulpit Exchange.

 PALM SUNDAY

PASTOR RICK will continue the series on Psalms for the Lenten journey.
Next Sunday’s message is entitled “DELIVERED ON TIME” from Psalm
118. CHILDREN who would like to participate in the “palm waving”
meet in the narthex prior to the morning worship service. Our SENIOR CHOIR will present their Easter Cantata.


SUNDAY’S AT SIX – To conclude our Lenten Pulpit Exchange a joint
service will be held at Grace. Pastor Rick, Pastor Harvey Hertz,
Pastor Bruce Osbeck and Pastor El Zwart will all be participating.
Join us for this special Lenten service.

 PRAYERS & PRAISE

HEALTH CONCERNS – Jan VanWyk was able to return to her home on
Saturday, March 17th, however, it was necessary for her to return to
Ann Arbor briefly for dialysis. Curt Boes will undergo surgery on
Wednesday, March 28th.

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED to help Jan VanWyk now that she is home.
Persons will be needed to stay with Jan during the day and also
transportation will be necessary a couple times a week to dialysis.
Willie Hiemstra will be the volunteer coordinator. Please call her at
532-2213 if you can help out.

CONGRATULATIONS are extended to Katie Kleymeer and Brian Green
who were united in marriage yesterday in our sanctuary with Pastor
Rick officiating! May God bless you with many years of happiness together!

THE SPA OASIS was an incredible success! There were over 40 women
and girls in attendance and everyone has a wonderful, fun time
together. Special thanks to those who volunteered from Grace:
Carolyn and Kerri Baker, Judy and Autum Beadle, Arlene Dekker,
Kia & Tishana Delaney, and Shari & Heather Dood. Thank you all so

IN APPRECIATION - Many thanks to the Grace family for the love, cards,
food, prayers, and other expressions of kindness shown following
my surgery. Thanks so much to Pastor Rick for his visits and

NO CLUB 3:16 OR THE ADIC – Just a reminder that both weekly
activities will not be meeting Thursday, March 29 – April 6 due to
schools not being in session for Spring Break.

LENTEN FOOD PANTRY COLLECTION – Remember to bring in food,
personal care items, paper products, or cleaning supplies
for our Lenten Food Collection. Boxes are placed by the
entry doors. Thanks to all who have given already!

SOFTBALL PRACTICE – To all who have signed up and anyone who is still
interested in joining the Coed Softball team, we will be having our
first practice on Tuesday, March 27 at 7:00 pm over on the ball fields
at Newhall Middle School. So bring your bats, gloves, balls, cleats,
and GREAT attitudes and let’s PLAY BALL!! If you need directions
or have any questions, see Nikki.

VBS IS COMING SOON! “The Quest for Truth – Jesus: The Way, the Truth,
and the Life” – June 11-15. Ask God to bring children to hear the truth
of Jesus, who is the way, and the truth, and the life! Volunteer
recruitment has begun! Sign up today in the narthex.

MCCOMB MISSISSIPPI WORK TRIP: Please sign up in the narthex to be a
prayer partner for one of us who are going on this work trip! We
need your prayers as we prepare and as we go!

NEWSPAPER COLLECTION….Time is running out on our Cadet Paper
Drive! Please bring any papers to the trailer today or tomorrow! You
can place your papers in the trailer yourself, or if you need help
contact Rick Veldheer at 453-8384.
