TODAY AT GRACE

 

 THIS morning we welcome the GEMS and their leaders who will take

 part in our service. OUR SPECIAL OFFERING for the month of

 March is designated for the GEMS Organization. 

 

9:50 – 11:15 AM DISCOVERY KIDZ MEET. All children ages 3

 years – 5th Grade meet downstairs by the youth desk. 

 

ELDERS INVITATION If you have questions, concerns, joys, or

 prayer needs that you would like to share, please see the Pastor or

 an Elder today. Elders will be greeting at the doors as you leave the

 sanctuary this morning and they are also listed on the back of your

 bulletin. You may also make a notation on the Fellowship Register.

 

A PRAYER GROUP will meet following the service in the Sanctuary

 to pray for Pastor George and the new church start. All are welcome.

 

THE ADULT SUNDAY SCHOOL GUIDE CLASS will meet in

 the Consistory Room following the morning service today.

 

6:00 PM – We will continue the Lenten Pulpit Exchange with 

 Rev. Mark Bergsma, Pastor at Unity Reformed Church, leading our

 service and sharing the message. Pastor Rick will be preaching at

 Beverly Reformed Church.

PALM SUNDAY

 

NEXT SUNDAY our Senior Choir will present the Easter Cantata

 “CROWN HIM KING”. Pastor Rick will share the message:

 “THE KING WHO HAD IT ALL”. In preparation read Chapter 13. 

 

6:00 PM – We will gather with all the churches participating in the

 Lenten Pulpit Exchange at Unity Reformed Church for a special

 Joint Service. All pastors will be taking part as well as some of our

 Chiapas Mission Team. 

 

Y-LIFE will be attending Winterfest. Please see Ms. Heather if you plan

 on attending.

HEALTH CONCERNS – Keep Pastor George Grevenstuk & Juel in your

 prayers as Pastor George's Surgery has been rescheduled for Monday the 26th.

OUR CHRISTIAN SYMPATHIES are extended to Lisa & Paul

 Brandle and children upon the death of Paul’s father, Donald

 Braendle, on Monday, March 19 at the age of 78. Services were held

 on Thursday at St. John Vianney Church.

 HUNT. Once again we need your help. Candy and lots of it is

 needed to fill our 1000 + eggs. Please drop your individually
 wrapped candy
donations off at the Youth desk downstairs. We will

 need volunteers the day of the event to spread eggs around and help

 at the prize tables. If you are able to help, please see Mrs. Heather or

 sign up in the narthex.

 

Sunday, April 8, 10:00 AM EASTER CELEBRATION at Grace

 Church!

 

Sunday, April 22 - DINNER will be served in appreciation for all the

 prayerful support of our Mission team following the morning

 service. The team will share some of their experiences during the

 service that day and also at the dinner. A “free” Beef Roast Dinner

 with all the delicious trimmings will be served! Please plan to join us!

 RAISING DINNER – Thursday, April 26 at Faith Community CRC,

 5250 Byron Center, Wyoming. Punch at 6:00 pm and dinner at 6:30.

  • We thank and praise God for good health, for jobs, our families.
  • We are so thankful today for the great reports and safety of our Chiapas Mission Team.
  • Remember Pastor George in your prayers as he prepares for surgery tomorrow.. 
  • We pray for those who have recently lost loved ones. In particular we pray for the Braendle Family.
  • Also keep Anna Borkowski in your prayers. She lost an aunt this past week who was very close to her. Also please keep another of Anna’s aunt in your prayers who is struggling with health issues.
  • Please keep Norm Ver Merris, brother-in-law of Shirley De Bruin and Ruth Ver Merris, in your prayers as he is now under hospice care. Also remember their sister-in-law, Doris Ver Merris, who is seriously ill in Spectrum Butterworth with Viral Meningitis. 
  • We remember in prayer the following family or friends of our members that are ill or receiving treatments: Rita Oppenhuizen, Lola De Young, Curt Boes, Dan De Vries, and Norm Ver Merris.
  • Keep these friends and family serving in the military in your prayers: Amie Pierce, Mitch Dekker, Brent Wenzel, Adam Simons, Shanna Ten Clay. 
  • Pray for our Shut-in’s: Mrs Tena DeVink, Mrs Miriam
