TODAY AT GRACE

 

TODAY WE CELEBRATE with the following girls who will make

 Profession of their Faith in Jesus Christ as their Personal Savior:

 Bella Licari, Sophie Licari, and Kaedra Adam.  We give thanks and

 rejoice with you today! 

 

DISCOVERY KIDZ will not meet today. All children are welcome

 to sit with their parents in the sanctuary. 

 

OUR EASTER SPECIAL OFFERING is designated for TALKING

 BIBLES.  This offering will be received this morning.

 

A PRAYER GROUP will meet following the service in the sanctuary

 to pray for Pastor George & Connections, and the needs and vision at

 Grace Reformed Church.

 

NO EVENING SERVICE will be held.

 

 

PRAYERS AND PRAISE

 

HEALTH CONCERNS:  Shirley De Bruin was able to return to her

 home.  Please continue to keep her in your prayers.  For other prayer

 concerns and praise reports, please see the insert in your bulletin.

 

 

IN APPRECIATION – Dear Friends, Thank you for all the cards,

 FaceBook and text message encouragements, hospital and phone

 call visits. Your prayers have healing power. Special thanks to

 Pastor Rick for his pastoral presence and Rowin Mulder who

 graciously served as my walking buddy. Rich McCoy, the

 Connections leadership team and Mrs. Lucille allowed God to use

 their gifts in incredible ways during my absence to keep

 Connections and the common Connections continue flawlessly.

Congregational Prayers and Praise

 

  • Easter Sunday!  “Because He lives, I too shall live.”  Praise the Lord for this glorious truth!
  • We thank and praise God for the opportunity and privilege to worship this Easter Sunday.
  • We give thanks and praise for the professions of faith of Bella Licari, Sophie Licari, and Kaedra Adam.
  • We pray today for our Discovery Kidz.  May they all come to know and love Jesus.  We pray for Heather as well as all the volunteers who give of their time each week. 
  • We pray today for Rich Mc Coy who is taking over for Pastor George at Connections.  We are thankful for Pastor George’s successful surgery and rehabilitation and look forward to his return very soon. 
  • Please be in prayer for Joshua Sawyer who has joined the Navy and is now at the Great Lakes Naval base for about 15 weeks. 
  • Please continue to be in prayer for Shirley De Bruin as she recovers at home.
  • We pray today for Tymie Boeve.  We pray for encouragement, continued healing and strength.
  • Continue to be in prayer for Sally Herrema as she heals and undergoes therapy.
  • Continue to remember Karen Ver Hulst in your prayers.
  • Please keep Brent Kerkstra, son of Paul, in your prayers.  Prayers for a complete return to health and wellness.
  • Please remember Marie Mc Donald, friend of Esther Hoag, who has cancer. 
  • Please continue to be in prayer for Lola De Young and her parents Matt & Lindsey.
