Prayers & Praise Line

May 20, 2012

Church Plant Prayer Focus

Please pray for wisdom as we seek to grow the Crossing Community beyond the Club 3:16 families.

Congregational Prayers and Praise

Please call the office if you would like to share a Prayer Request or a Praise Report.

  • As another year of Club 3:16 draws to an end this week, we thank and praise God for the many volunteers that come help out each week. We are thankful for the opportunities to minister to the youth that attend.
  • Remember Pastor George in your prayers as he continues with his cardio rehab, and regains his strength. We pray for him as he develops ways to reach the neighborhood families. We pray for activities already in the plans for summer “block parties” and other ways to reach the neighborhood.
  • We pray for Heather Dood as she undergoes surgery this week.
  • Pray today for Deb Kleymeer and Sally Herrema as they continue to heal following knee surgery.
  • We pray that volunteers will come forward to help with VBS and for the children that will attend.
  • Please keep Samantha Johnson in your prayers as she continues to be hospitalized at Metropolitan. Pray for her parents as well, Dennis & Lisa. The Johnson’s address is: 1148 Mulligan Ct., Wyoming, MI 49509.
  • Keep Carl Kleymeer, father of Larry Kleymeer and Cindy Wylie, in your prayers as he suffered a heart attack on Wednesday.
  • We remember in prayer the following family or friends of our members that are ill or receiving treatments: Lola De Young, Curt Boes, Dan De Vries, and Doris Ver Merris.
  • Keep these friends and family serving in the military in your prayers: Amie Pierce, Mitch Dekker, Brent Wenzel, Adam Simons, Shanna Ten Clay, Justin Roelofs.
  • Pray for our Shut-in’s: Mrs Tena DeVink, Mrs Miriam Schrotenboer, Mrs Anne Hoezee, Mrs Ruth Ver Merris, Mrs Janet Yonkers.
