TODAY AT GRACE
TODAY WE CELEBRATE THE SACRAMENT OF THE LORD’S SUPPER. We
invite all those who are members of Christ’s Church and have found
forgiveness of sins in Him, to participate in this supper. If you are
aware of someone who is not here today, but would like to receive
this sacrament, please contact the church office.
CHILDREN & WORSHIP
All Children will meet together through the summer
months in the Fellowship Hall. Worship Leaders this week

ages three years old and upward. A nursery is available for those
children under the age of three.

(6671 – 12th Avenue, Jenison, MI 49428) was received into the
communicant membership at Grace by transfer from FairHaven
Ministries of Hudsonville. Welcome Ruth!

CONSISTORY MEMBERS will be attending the seminar “Moving
Beyond Business as Usual – Making Evangelism and Discipleship a
Priority in Ministry” at the Reformed Church of Corinth, 129 – 100th
Street, Byron Center. The day begins at 8:30 am. For those who
cannot attend the day sessions, the evening session is from 6:30 –
8:00 pm. Anyone interested may attend this seminar!

ADULT CHAPEL CLASS – During the Sunday School hour for the weeks of
May 10 & 17, we will view the movie Fireproof. Anyone interested is

HIGH SCHOOL SENIORS – Grace Scholarship applications are due
TODAY. You can place your completed application in an
envelope on the desk in the main office.
ALL NEW HIGH SCHOOL, COLLEGE, TRADE SCHOOL GRADUATES please

will include our Graduates!
THE SPECIAL OFFERING for the month of May is designated for the
GRACE SCHOLARSHIP FUND. This special offering will be received on
May 31, which is GRADUATION SUNDAY!
“CROCODILE DOCK” VACATION BIBLE SCHOOL is coming June 8 – 12
from 6:30 – 9:00 pm! We need SETUP AND TAKEDOWN CREWS,
STATION LEADERS AND HELPERS, HALL MONITORS, REGISTRATION
HELPERS, AND MORE! For more info, see Darrell. CREW LEADERS are
needed to lead the children around to the various stations like Bible
drama, crafts, games, and Chadder’s Adventure. YOU will be the key
person who interacts directly with the children each day! The great
part is that everything is provided for you and you do not need to do
extra study each night. Sign up sheet in the narthex, or talk to Shari!
WOULD YOU LIKE TO HELP FAMILY NETWORK OF WYOMING MOVE to the
44th Street CRC Building? If you are available on May 23 to help
transport stuff, please sign up on the sheet in the narthex or contact
Shari. It looks like we could use pick up trucks and vans. Shari will
contact you with more details when you sign up.

Thank God for the resources and support available to us in our Classis
and the Great Lakes Synod. We are grateful for the wisdom of
Rev. Randy Weener and Rev. Ben Ingebretson.

• Rick & Laura Marshall report that they have received a court date of
May 15 ~ Please pray that the case goes through on the first try. If it
goes through the Ethiopian court on the first try, they should
be able to travel in mid June to meet their son Kaleab and bring him
