Prayers & Praise Line

November 30, 2014

Congregational Prayers and Praise

  • We pray today for the Congregational meeting being held after the service today.  We thank God for the many blessings bestowed upon our church and congregation.
  • We thank and praise God today that Sandy Gort’s biopsy came back benign.  We pray for her as the Dr. decide on the next steps.
  • We pray for the Christmas Store taking place at our Church on Saturday.  We thank God for the many people who have purchased gifts and are volunteering to work in the store.
  • Please remember Chad Zondervan, father of Ray, in your prayers following surgery.
  • We continue to lift up Earl & Clare Reifel and the people they serve in West Africa as they battle the effects of the Ebola crisis there.
  • Continue to keep Lola De Young and her parents, Matt & Lindsey, in your prayers.
  • We pray for all those who are serving in the military.  We think of them during this holiday season as many of them celebrate far from family and friends.  In particular we pray today for Amie Pierce serving in Kuwait.
  • Pray for our Shut-in’s: Mr. Ralph Bolt, Mrs Tena DeVink,Mrs. MaryLynn Huizen, Mrs. Wilma Kamphuis, Mrs Ruth Ver Merris.
  • NEIGHBORHOOD CHURCH MINISTRIES is encouraging the community of churches in Wyoming to lift one another up in prayer.  This week we pray for 8th Reformed Church.  Let’s join together in this community effort.

As other prayers are shared, you are invited to write them down and include them in your prayers for our congregation this week. Please keep the church informed of your prayer needs and praise reports.
