 Children ages 3 & 4 years meet in Room 1 in the Discovery
 Kids hallway with Worship Leaders Gracia Class & Erika
 Wigent.  Children K – 2nd Grade meet in the choir room
 with Worship Leaders Karen Ver Hulst & Darrell Delaney. 
 You will be dismissed during the offering time. 
 
THE BELONGING (New Members Class) will meet in Pastor Rick’s office

11:20 AM–12:20 PM SUNDAY SCHOOL - There are classes
 available for all ages three years old and upward.  A nursery is
 available for those children under the age of three.

 Sunday School Guide Class will meet in the Consistory Room.  Join
 them for lively discussions relating to our Christian walk.
 Spiritual Warfare in the Old Testament – Brad Class will lead this  
 group in the Chapel. 
 You Were Shaped For Serving God – Taken from the 40 Days of
 Purpose materials, this Dood/Zondervan Bible Study Group will
 meet in the main room at The Crossing.

HEALTH CONCERNS –Curt Boes was expected to return to his home this
 weekend following heart bi-pass surgery.  Jan VanWyk was able to
 return to her home on Wednesday. See the Prayers & Praise Line

NEXT SUNDAY Shawn Gerbers will be with us and will share the message.
 Shawn is a Hope College graduate and is in his second year at
 Western Seminary.

 Became of the Assyrians?” from the series Where Sin and Sacred Meet.

 MISCELLANEOUS ANNOUNCEMENTS
 
WOMEN OF GRACE – You are invited to attend the THRIVE! Simulcast to
 be held Saturday, November 4 from 9 – 5 at Brightside Community
 Church in Caledonia.  Set aside one day for this unforgettable
 women’s conference and learn how to be intentional in your
 relationships.  By making time for the connections that refill and
 refresh you, you’ll be equipped to thrive in all your
 relationships!  We will meet at church and all go together.  Cost is
 $25.00 per person which includes morning refreshments and lunch.

THE SPECIAL OFFERING for the month of October is designated for THE
 OTHER WAY/WESTOWN JUBILEE HOUSING.  This special offering will
 be received on Sunday, October 29th.
 
ALASKA CHALLENGE – More persons are welcome to join the group going
 to Alaska July 21-31, 2007 for the Spiritual  & Leadership
 Development trip. Contact Shari Dood or Ray & Robin Zondervan for
 more information.
 
CLUB 3:16 WISH LIST – A wish list of items for Club 3:16 is posted on
 the bulletin boards and also on a flyer in the narthex.  If you can
 donate any of these items, or if you have any questions, see Nikki or
 email her at nikki@gracewyoming.org.  Thanks! 
 
THE GEMS service project this year is OPERATION CHRISTMAS CHILD. 
 We are in need of shoe boxes in good condition.  Please put them in
 the kitchen downstairs.  Items needed to supply needy children a gift
 box for Christmas are:  small toys (such as match box cars, hand held
 toys, etc.) small stuffed animals, color books, hard candy, toiletries
 (such as toothpaste, toothbrushes, combs, brushes, wash cloths,
 kleenex, etc).  You may also make monetary donations to help cover
 the cost of shipping these boxes.  Boxes will be placed in the narthex
 and downstairs for your donations.
 
THE GEMS are selling TASTE OF HOME COOKBOOKS and COOKING
 MAGAZINES.  Samples are on the table in the narthex.
 
LIFE LINE SCREENING will be at Grace on Monday, November 20.  Life
 Line is a leading provider of quality health screenings at an
 affordable price.  Pre-registration is required.  See the flyer in your

BEAUTY FOR ASHES HOME TOUR – Come take a peek inside 8 inner city
 homes, restored or newly built by RCA affiliated ministry WESTOWN
 JUBILEE HOUSING on Saturday, October 21 from 2-6 pm.  Enjoy live
 music and local art, some by the homeowners themselves!  Call
 Westown Jubilee Housing at 458-4841 for tickets ($10.00 per
 person, children 12 & under free) or purchase them on Saturday Oct.

Looking for an alternative to Halloween with a Christian atmosphere?  Well, Harvest
Blast Tuesday is your chance to have both in one place!  We are inviting our kids to
 go to this event that keeps our kids off of the unpredictable streets.  This is an event
for kids Preschool – 6th grade.  We will meet at Grace at 5:00 pm and head over to
Grand Rapids First in our church vans.  Helpers and chaperones are welcome
 (needed even) to help keep our kids together.
