OUR CHRISTIAN SYMPATHIES are extended to:

Sandy and Matthew Farris upon the passing of Sandy’s father,

Glenn Moore, at the age of 75. A memorial service was held

yesterday at the Church of God United in Muskegon. In the last few

weeks Sandy also has lost both an Aunt and Uncle who passed away

from injuries sustained in a car accident.

Roger & Phyllis Vander Sloot and family upon the death of Phyllis’

brother, Richard Huizinga, on Saturday, Oct. 13 at the age of 75.

Services for Richard were held on Wednesday.

Joan Emaus following the death of her brother. A memorial service

 was held for him yesterday.

IN APPRECIATION – Dear Grace family, Thank you so very much

for your love, prayers and support while my son, Brent, was over in

Afghanistan. Your continual asking concerning his welfare this past

year has been a real source of strength and comfort. And a good

reminder that we need not journey through pain or fears alone.

Special thanks to Mary for the packages sent out not only to Brent,

but to an "unknown" soldier - may that have become a fruitful seed

in that young man's spiritual life. And a special blessing it was to

see Brent's name still on the prayer page, even after Scott and I left

to serve at another church. Truly, you have been the love of Christ to

me, to us. Blessings to you, each one of you! ~Scott and Julie Crane

Thank You to everyone who helped in any way with the County

Food Drive! About 7 Ton of food was collected in the SW area!

Thanks to everyone, our site (inside due to the rain) ran very

smoothly and we received several compliments on that

from ACCESS! A special thank you to those who helped pre-bag the

neighboring streets earlier in the week, and a special thank you to

Tymie and her helpers who once again took care of everyones

stomach, by providing lunch for the volunteers! Like the showers of

rain that fell, YOU helped bring showers of blessing to those in

 need! Thank YOU! ~Shari
