THANK YOU to everyone who help in any way at the County Wide Food
Drive last weekend. It was a huge success! I am told that 93 tons of
food was collected with the help of 1700 volunteers! Wyoming did
over 11 ton, including the grocery store collections. Specifically:
Thank you to those who brought all the groceries to church to give to
the food drive. Thank you to the drivers and runners who braved the
cold to knock on doors and collect the food. Thank you to the sorters
who worked very hard separating the food into categories and boxing
it for the pantries. (it was a bit more work this year because we did it
inside!) Finally, thank you to Tymie Boeve and everyone who helped
provide snacks and lunch for the volunteers. Many people will be
blessed because of your efforts! ~Shari Dood
