11:20 AM–12:20 PM SUNDAY SCHOOL BEGINS! There are classes
 available for all ages three years old and upward.  A nursery is
 available for those children under the age of three.  Teachers and
 classroom assignments are listed on the insert in your bulletin today.
 
ADULT SUNDAY SCHOOL CLASSES
 Sunday School Guide Class will meet in the Consistory Room.  Join
 them for lively discussions relating to our Christian walk.
 Spiritual Warfare in the Old Testament – Brad Class will lead this  
 group in the Chapel. 
 You Were Shaped For Serving God – Taken from the 40 Days of
 Purpose materials, this Dood/Zondervan Bible Study Group will
 meet in the main room at The Crossing each week. 
 
SUNDAY’S AT SIX - Join us in the CHAPEL for the evening worship
 service.  Pastor Rick will share the message “Ur of the Chaldeans/
 Covenant.  A time of discussion will follow the message.

 HOLY LAND DISCUSSIONS – With Bible in one hand and the
 newspaper in the other, we will explore the connection
 between those who walked the land of the Middle East in
 Bible times with those who walk the same land today.  Where
 is God at work and what might we expect in the future?  Meet
 in Nikki’s Office (room opposite the Chapel).

IN APPRECIATION – Thank you for all the prayers, cards (and Bible
 promises), and visits during my knee replacement surgery and
 recovery.  I am thankful for my Grace family – for your caring and

THE SPECIAL OFFERING for the month of September is designated for
 ACCESS (All Area Churches Emergency Support System).  This
 special collection will be received next Sunday.
 
BELONGING CLASS (New Member Class) – Explore what it means to
 belong to Jesus Christ and His Church.  If you want to learn more
 about the Reformed Church, or, if you would like to make Profession
 of Faith, you will want to become part of this 6 week class that will
 begin next week during the Sunday School hour.

PRAYER COVENANT PARTNERS – Your prayer lists for the next six months
 are in your mailboxes today!
 
LADIES – There are quite a few containers in the kitchen from cookies 
 this summer.  Please check to see if something of yours is there!
 
THE FELLOWSHIP TEAM is in need of a few more people!  Contact Tymie
 Boeve 531-5700 or come to the Fellowship Breakfast on Sept. 30.  If
 you have any ideas for future activities…call Tymie.
 
ALASKA CHALLENGE – More persons are welcome to join the group going
 to Alaska July 21-31, 2007 for the Spiritual  & Leadership
 Development trip.  The next informational meeting is October 8.

URGENT FOOD COLLECTION!  The Food Pantries have a very low supply
 of food on their shelves!  In the past Grace has really come through to
 help so PLEASE bring food to church September 24, October 1 & 8 so
 that we will have a huge start on the County Wide Food collection

HELP NEEDED!!
Ø NURSERY WORKERS FOR WEDNESDAY EVENINGS and during SUNDAY SCHOOL.  ADULTS and HIGH SCHOOL YOUTH are needed.  Please call Linda Emelander if you can help, or sign up on the sheet in the narthex.
 
Ø A PRESCHOOL TEACHER is still needed for the 1 & 3 Wednesdays of the month from September – December.  Please see Sue Stuk or call the office (538-3100) if you can help.
