Prayers & Praise Line

September 4, 2011

Church Plant Prayer Focus

Prayers of Thanksgiving!

The New Congregation Plan was submitted last week.

With 100 + people praying, a call was received from Randy Weener

with the news that the New Church Plan was accepted,

The New Mission Grant was accepted and the Apostolic Council’s

response to the New Mission Grant was generous! In other words,

we received everything that was asked for! Thank the Lord in your prayers this week!

Congregational Prayers and Praise

Please call the office if you would like to

share a Prayer Request or a Praise Report.

  • Remember in prayer the plans being made for our fall programs. Thank God today for the many volunteers who have committed to another season of service.
  • Please pray for Jae & Julia as their refugee assistance income has ended and they now are on their own. At this time their income is not sufficient to stay in their present apartment.
  • We pray for our mission trip to Chiapas….may all the funding come in and volunteers be willing to give of their time, talent, and money.
  • Please pray for Lucille Systema as she regains her strength and begins the healing process.
  • We remember in prayer the following family or friends of our members that are ill or receiving treatments: Dan De Vries, brother of Lisa Braendle; Amee Bekkering, daughter of Dick & Ruth Locke; Larry VerMerris, son of Ruth VerMerris.
  • Keep these friends and family serving in the military in your prayers: Amie Pierce, Doug Desmarais, Mitch Dekker, Frank Senko, Dave Vander Berg.
  • Pray for our Shut-in’s: Mrs Tena DeVink, Mrs Miriam Schrotenboer, Mrs Anne Hoezee, Mrs Janet Yonkers.

As other prayers are shared, you are invited to write

them down and include them in your prayers for our congregation this week.

Please keep the church informed of your prayer needs and praise reports!
